I wish to report the postal person for our area. She has left mail behind for three days now. This is certainly not the first time. She is constantly on the phone, constantly delivering to the wrong address, etc. My Father worked for the service for years. This is sloppy service. We as customers, have expectations, which have not been met for the years she has delivered. I do not care she is a woman, of foreign import, I do my job, she needs to learn hers.

So on the month of October 4th 2022 I paid by mail two household bills and two bills for payments never showed up so now there is late fees and cancelation fees. Now those two bills are doubled. I THINK THE POST OFFICE SHOULD START BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE FEES WHY SHOULD WE.

No one answers the phone at the Rutland post office. It just rings and rings. What terrible service, hard to believe this is a business.

I'm unimpressed and disappointed with the performance and work of this post office. The employee we had working for our neighborhood had retired a few years ago and the new employee that took over has mixed up our mail on several occasions. I count over two times now I've had the parcel key end up in somebody else's mail box when I've had time sensitive packages coming in through this office and had to throw out products I ordered or just stolen by people who ended up getting my package. Extremely frustrating.

Rutland mail delivery is absolutely awful. I’m constantly getting the wrong mail delivered to my house. Who knows how much of my houses mail gets delivered to someone else’s house daily. Beyond frustrating. Have called before and nothing gets done about it.

This is rediculous I wait hours and hours for my mail and half the time my whole street doesnt get mail why should we have to wait to receive mail on monday when I know for sure it would have gotten delivered on Saturday if they had reliable people to work and people would stop using covid as an excuse to call in to work.

The people that work here and deliver are horrible at what they do.I expect my package to be brought without them ruining it,not them kicking it to my damn door. I would 100% sue them if i could

Just moved and at first we were getting mail 12pm-1pm. Apparently he was covering for someone, 'cause now its anywhere from 12pm-5pm. Which is ridiculous when you're waiting on unemployment. Especially when we can see the old man park on the corner, sit in his truck fir an hour or two and only THEN does he get out and deliver. Obviously don't fire people for being old, but when they can't do their job anymore, they need to go.

I am getting really sick of the post office and it's crap.
These people get paid 7 times the salary of any body else
AND they are doing 1/10 the job.
It's gross. These people need a serious housecleaning.
Like fire them all and get hungrier needier people in.
there needs to be a law that no one can work the job for
greater than 5 years, because then this sloth goes on and on with no end.
