Hi folks, I mailed a small package on January 27th by dropping it into the outside metal mail box on Elmwood. The box was slightly damaged, perhaps by a snow plow. It is now over two weeks later and the package was not delivered to Kansas City. Please tell me how to track it. Should I come to the post office? Suzanne 802 793 2087

I mailed two checks to PBS and the Catholic Diocese of Burlington in December. When I contacted the two offices I was told they have not received the checks. I understand you have a back-up. Do you think this problem will be resolved soon?

Love my USPS employees! Thank you for your hard work. FYI to mail carriers placing packages into apartment complex metal boxes: The opening at the front of the tunnels is smaller than your clearance from the back. My boxes and mailers get stuck--a lot--and I end up shredding packaging to get them out on my end... sometimes it's best to just leave things in the package bins or on a doorstep.

Please consider using (in transit to next Facility) Instead of Destination. It implies false statement and misleading

The postal workers are very polite and hard-working. Please remind them to drive safely in the residential areas. There are kids playing outside and people walking dogs in our neighborhood. Quite frequently these USPS trucks zoom through quite fast. Be safe everyone! Your SB neighbor

If they had a machine to get stamps from that would shorten the lines.

This post office is staffed by rude lazy people who cannot be bothered to do their jobs well or provide good customer service. Use stamps.com

I am a resident of Williston - had my mail held from 12/24/19 to 12/30/19 - confirmation number # CAH368805138. I then receive an email my held mail service was ending. I went to the post office today and there was no held mail????????????

DREADFUL!!!!! You can't even get a human being on the phone! No mail service and no accountability. What a joke.
