The WORST Post Office we have dealt. Example: My husband thought he had Paid our Insurace. He did pay it. That was in Beginning of September. He put in the correct slot. The Post Office forwarded on to a Post Office in Tenn. Tenn. Post Office sent it back to our insurance her in St. Thomas. They received the insurance payment today, November 16th. Another problem. I ordered a Snow Baby on September 29th .Tracking shows in arrived here in St. Thomas, Charlotte Amalie Post Office on October 17. BUT they claim nothing was RECIEVED. Tracking says it has. P.O. Box says it wasn’t. I am OUT $29.00. I wish this post office would get investigated!

Hi, I called the post office about three times before they answered...So to those who say they don't answer ...just try again. They could be busy and waiting on someone else. I hadn't received my package and the tracking number said it was there about a week ago. I explained that to the lady who answered the phone. She asked for my post office box number and she found both packages.....She said she doesn't know why the slips weren't put in the box...They working with new employees she mentioned......She did her job and helped me out......To everyone .....be patient....be polite............and someone will come to your aid.....Johnny

Sent a priority package to someone, but accidently used the wrong box number. Person at that box apparently took the package rather than turn it in to the post office so that they could route it to the right individual. No one answers the phone. No help at all.

They are a piece of shit is what they are. An investigation for a packet I was suppose to have received three weeks ago came down to "We don't know what happened". Someone or everyone that works there need to get fired.

The people in this facility do not do their jobs. They never answer the phone. The also will choose not deliver a package or letter if their hands are greasy from fried chicken. If someone dare tinks that a package may have someting valuable in it den dey will take it for demselves.

And then the US Postal service whines that they are going out of biz or struggling, etc. Well, when your customer service is virtually non existent at most all of your locations across America...when I walk in and there are five lanes with one over worked person and the line is out the door? Right. We all go to UPS. or independently owned pack and ship... especially during Christmas! The P.O. has been getting away with this for decades. It use to be a respectable place. Not anymore. I don't care if UPS charges 10¢ more on items like stamps... it's worth it. Its way past time to stop supporting extremely poor service. Unacceptable.
