I live on North Frederick Pike and our mail delivery has been erratic. It can be anywhere from 5 to after 8 in the evenings. This went down hill all of a sudden. What can be done?

Just obtained a post office box at this location. The staff was very friendly and professional. They helped me decide what size box I need and explained package delivery. All were very knowledgeable and helpful people. Unlike the post office in the walking mall.

Mailed a payment at Post Office after buying stamps. Handed to Employee who said she would mail it. That was February 15th and still hasn’t reached destination.

I had tried to see if they take payment over the phone as I'm no longer in the area and need my computer and music equipment shipped back. They immediately started cutting me off mid sentence saying "no" Everytime I had tried to ask a question after that about if anywhere else would do it or explain anything further I would get about two words into a sentence before I was extremely rudely cut off again, Everytime I would talk. GENUINELY the worst customer service reps/ workers I have EVER spoken to. It seems like every review I've seen says the same lmao I hope there's a major staff change soon.

I cannot understand, nor can anyone explain to me, why a letter mailed AT the Post Office is still MIA after 5 days. The letter was going from 22601 to 22603 Winchester area. Who is sorting, collecting or tossing away mail? Is this the Post Master General's idea of how to ruin a 200+ year service so he and his cohorts can get the contract? I guess I must call my Congressional Rep to get anything done. Meanwhile I have lost business.

These guys wow you just can't make this up, And I'm talking about the whole USPS system. They miss shipped my 10lb aluminum van ladder to Waynesboro. Then they call and tell me it's to heavy to ship back. Get my bloody ladder to me now you idiots.

My husband and I moved into our new address about 2 weeks ago. We did a change of address a week before moving. We still are not receiving any of our packages. My husband literally has called them every single day and they always say it’s fixed but it’s not. We don’t drive so it’s really unfair that me and my husband have to walk across town to retrieve these packages that you guys get paid very well to freaking deliver And then on top of that wanna be rude on the phone because this is the sixth time that I’m calling about this issue and you guys aren’t changing anything so at this point yes I’m gonna be mean and I’m gonna be a little bit nasty about it basically the lady on the phone just this morning told my husband that she doesn’t know what to tell us and hung up! I’m so sick of it. We did everything the right way on our end and still have to deal with horrible service from our local post office!!

I was surprised when I went to the post office this morning that one of the clerks was not wearing a mask. I thought the governor had ordered masks in indoor public places. When I called and spoke to a supervisor she discounted the governor’s order and talked about HIPA. When I asked her why they weren’t following his order she rudely hung up on me. Not the best way to treat the public. Please comply with his order. Until you do I’ll be using UPS. Please know that I wear my mask for you! Sincerely, Mary Combs

I would like to know who the carrier is that delivers on Bowman lane in Shawnee land????? This employee really needs to get there head out of there a$$ and pay attention to who’s mail is getting put in the boxes. I have received numerous other people’s mail and packages and if it’s happened to me this many times I know I’m not the only one this is happening to. And AGAIN I have a package delivered and it’s not in my locker so who knows who got it. This is a very important job (USPS) I just wish this carrier thought the same thing.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. The young lady who handles passports does a great job and takes pretty good passport photos. Overall... one of my most enjoyable USPS stops.
