I have had mail not at this address for a week. I have written on all the envelopes that this is not the right address that these people do not live here and the mail carrier will not take it away. It is a federal offense for me to do anything with this mail. I would like the mail carrier to take this mail back to the post office and not leave it in my box. Thank you

I ordered a package through ups and was waiting for it to arrive at my location, when the post man/lady came he/she didn’t even knock or notify us that she/he was there just left a note for rescheduling of the package. Very disappointed even after he/she already put a package in the mailbox

Today, when the place was crowded with people waiting in line, Tim, a clerk, spoke to a customer at length, without wearing a mask (or, rather, wearing his mask around his neck).

A package I was expecting was marked as delivered on Friday. It was not here. Saturday I spoke with a postal employee at this office, and was told the carrier delivered it. I knew this could not be the case as I was looking out the window when they rolled past. I spoke with the carrier when they delivered my mail today and was told they "might have accidentally left it at another address" I watched, and they did not stop at that house to knock on the door or anything. My package is who knows where and, apparently, they do not intend to even try to recover it and deliver it properly to MY address. Very disappointed.

Self serve equipment in disrepair. Can not open mail dispenser—jammed/broken. Self-serve postage kiosk antiquated with poor instructions. No simple method to weigh package from the home screen to determine way you want to send the package. Why have self serve kiosks fir after hours if left damaged/unusable?

I live on Quaker meeting house road and there has been no pick ups or delivery since last week. Have had my flag up since last Thursday and still no pick up. What’s the problem? Can’t be the roads now, thanks to this my bills I was mailing will now be overdue. Hope someone reads this.

WE are passing through from Florida. We had called for our mail service to send our mail to an RV Park. Usually works well. But this week it came up missing. The employees at this PO and the one for 23188 were extremely courteous and helpful. We did find our mail our RV office had misplaced it. I just wanted to say THANKS for all the assistance at this PO and the other one.

Many years of top notch service here. Although the kiosk machine needs more attention as it is out of serve often.

I hope someone in charge at the Williamsburg Post Office (425 N. Boundary Street) reads this. I have been going to this post office for 11 years, and throughout that time, postal employees have always been courteous, polite, and friendly. Unfortunately, today (11-30-16) I was treated rudely. I was in there between 4:30-5:00 p.m. and first, after waiting first in line for several minutes before being called, one of the employees, the person at the 2nd register from the wall to the right if you're facing the counter, called me in a way that was difficult to hear, and, frankly, unfriendly & indifferent. I was surprised & didn't move, then, the employee next to her, the third from the right-hand wall, called my in an abrupt and impolite way. I'm sorry, but I'm not accustomed to being talked to in this way in Williamsburg and I don't want to get used to it. In the past, I have had nothing but praise for the employees at this post office, but today was an unfortunate departure, and I hope it doesn't signal a ongoing change. Again, I sincerely hope the person in charge will read this and do something about employee rudeness. It doesn't have to be this way -- but it takes management to do whatever is necessary to present a positive face to the public.
