My mail box was opened by force on the 7/4 as of 7/14 nothing has been done to correct this. You can not call the PO number and get someone to even answer the call. Might have to get an outside agency involved just o find out how we get out mail now.
I try calling today but was not really surprise that no one answer. On the 6th of July I went to this office and spoke with Mrs. Pearson who was the Supervisor on duty, she really did not want to hear what I had to say. But I said it any way. The cluster mail boxes in the Lynnbrook Landing area had been broken into. So I ask if the post office person that delivers the mail to the cluster boxes file a report for them to get reapir. She stated that it was not his responsiblite. But if I like she could put in a work order. I ask for the Postal Inspectors phone number. Oh she provided but that was even more a bigger joke then speaking with her. I called a total of four times with in maybe 45 minutes. That was because every time I call they would state that they were going to transfer me to the inspectors that handle in area. But all 4 times the number they were surpose to connect me to was not in service. The only reason I gave up was because I had to go to work. Yet today the 8th no mail and no one to repair the cluster boxes and no one to even answer the local Witch Duck office.
CORRECTION from JessicaK. My post was not for Witchduck PO. It was for Acredale PO. But I guess I would have been told that if someone would have answered the phone. The # of Postal workers may have been reduced due to lack of funding due to the other means of communication which could be causing an overload on the USPS employees remaining. I have been to both of these POs for many years and received excellent service when dealing face-to-face.
Called with no answer. Tried USPS customer service phone # only to get automated machine. I said I wanted customer service. It said I had to give tracking # first. I gave tracking # only to be told package had unexpected delay, it is on it's way to destination. It said to go online. I did; no extra info provided. I want a human to talk to. I need package that was mailed 8 days ago, and I was assured I would have received it by now. This package has to be taken by car (4 hour drive) to a wedding function today. This is VERY frustrating. I want to talk to someone so I can drive to where the package is to retrieve it. Lesson learned. SHIP FEDEX or UPS for better customer service & reliable shipping.
I called today and finally I was answered. There was a Mrs. Johnson that answered and gave me the worst service ever! When I asked her to check up on a package, she was very rude and didnt want to help me at all.
I called earlier in the afternoon, no one answered. Then, I stood in the building and called the location. NO ONE answered. They claimed the package I went to pick up would be considered "lost" due to no information about it being updated about it when it arrived at the facility. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
No one answers the phone at this location and it really bothers me because it is showinbg that a package was delivered to my house on Friday. March 7th and I haven't received it and I was home all day Friday...
