Very disappointed to have an important letter returned stamped "Return to sender Insufficient Address Unable to forward" However, The address: The Devonshire, 2220 Executive Drive, Hampton, Va 23666 has been confirmed; more than sufficient postage was attached. This is the 3rd time since summer that personal correspondence has been lost, mangled or returned in error. Question: How can I make sure mail will be delivered? Question: Why is mail within Hampton Roads being routed through Richmond? I don't have time to waste or money to spare. The U.S. Postal Service needs to deliver-- literally. Please review this matter to find how the system of mail delivery can become dependable and efficient As rates continue to increase, so should the quality and efficacy of the service. This is the very least we expect and the least required of you.. Thank you for your prompt attention and response to this matter.

Even though our mail was not delivered at all today the usual mailman is very nice and polite as well as being prompt with delivery. We feel this was just a day that there was no delivery for some reason. He has been a great representative of a much beleagured service. 5616 Bannock Road Virginia Beach Va 23462

Was expecting a delivery today, tracking number said it was out for delivery, mail person did not leave it in my mailbox, when I look up the tracking number is says returned to the post office and being held at customer's request. I did not request this item be held at the Post Office, the mail carrier just missed and to cover himself he returned it to the post office. I want my package delivered!

Our new carrier has left the message that our tracked package was not delivered due to “animal interference”. We live on a culdesac and all the other mail was delivered. Alexandria neighborhood. I’ve lived here 24 years and this is the 4 th problem in the last 6 months. Never one problem before this carrier.

The post office has marked a tracked package was delivered on 11/3/2020 at 1244 to the front porch of my daughters home in the New Light neighborhood. To be clear, after canvassing the neighborhood the package was NOT delivered to neighbors. I have tried to call the actual post office to find the phone message to declare it is busy. REALLY, for hours???? Let's get the package delivered ASAP please.

Today I had 5 packages marked as delivered to my porch between 2:45-6:00pm. Not a single darn one of them was actually delivered. I was in my front yard at this time and never even say a postal employee on my block. Our post office is a joke, and their is zero accountable for the slack employee, and even less recourse for the customer. Since they fabricated my deliveries on a Friday afternoon, I cannot get customer service until Monday.

Courtesy in Customer Service should be practiced all the time whether it be in any USPS or any other establishments Rudeness should not be tolerated even if it is in the Passport section of the USPS or anywhere else

I live at 5101 Violet Bank Drive 23464 and have a complaint with our postal carrier. Today 2/15/19 my packages were thrown to my front door. This has happened many times already and I am very upset!!! This is unacceptable! I pay good money for shipping and handling and should not have to see my packages thrown. If he doesn't want to deliver then he should not be working this kind of job. I order a lot of products online for it provides me convenience, so I would appreciate it if my orders are at least handled with care. Today, he threw the contact lenses and my expensive skincare cosmetics. Please see that this doesn't happen again. Thank You Joy Asban

Please tell me why does the Post Office have a number published, if they aren't going to answer the phone? The phone just rings and rings and rings until it finally hangs itself up. I have a question I need to ask. Before I leave work and waste my time going to the post office at 1225 Kempsville Road. This is ridiculous and if you don't have enough people working. To where you are able to answer the phone, then it you need to higher more people!! I have never in my life seen customer service like this! Freaking unbelievable and I swear someone should be FIRED!!

I lives in this area for a year and the mail delivery was terrible. My mail was delivered to the neighbor and on numerous occasions I received someone else's mail. On two other occasions mail that was addressed correctly was returned to sender! I complained at the Centerville office and was told that she was an excellent carrier. Yikes! Very disappointing.

The delivery person in 23464 has been delivering other people's mail to my box each week! I get mail from other streets. I cannot believe what the USPS has turned into. THey hire people who cannot even read! THis is really a disaster and guess what....nothing will every change because they want to save money and hire people that cannot read or write. Terrible. I will publish this in a newspaper overseas and in certain States to show how backwards VA is.

They NEVER answer phones. I stood outside at 8 a.m. on Saturday and saw the Philipino women laughing and carrying on inside while the phone was ringing. A disgrace to the US people.

I made an error I contacted Witchduck US PO when I should have called Acredale. I called both with the same result....Called with no answer. Tried USPS customer service phone # only to get
automated machine. I said I wanted customer service. It said I had to
give tracking # first. I gave tracking # only to be told package had
unexpected delay, it is on it's way to destination. It said to go
online. I did; no extra info provided. I want a human to talk to. I need
package that was mailed 8 days ago, and I was assured I would have
received it by now. This package has to be taken by car (4 hour drive)
to a wedding function today. This is VERY frustrating. I want to talk
to someone so I can drive to where the package is to retrieve it. Lesson
learned. SHIP FEDEX or UPS for better customer service & reliable
shipping.
