Every time I go to the post office I have to deal with a rude staff member. The blonde old lady is always a nasty b***h and the old balding man there is a complete a*****e. If you don't like your job, quit. There is no reason the people of this town should have to deal with something like this. It needs to be fixed! They need to take a course in how to talk to people.

The lock to my p.o box is apparently broken. I have tried for almost a week for someone to come out and fix the lock. I have yet to be able to receive my mail. I've called the Post Office four times now and finally spoke to the Post Master. I was told that I was responsible for paying for the replacement lock. I am absolutely livid in the fact that no one will allow me to get into my mailbox and retrieve my mail!
