I don't even how the words to express how disappointed and angry I am with the postal delivery person who delivers my mail. It's a cat and mouse game. I have lived a long good life and mail delivery has never been an issue until I came to sterling and get serviced by this location. Instead of delivering my package at my door, I have had mail get returned to sender multiple times. Mail box cannot have more than 6 letters before he sends it back to sender as mail box is full. It's full from all the junk news paper that I get delivered and when I need my important stuff it's returned, infuriating. I have health conditions and sometimes can't get to the mail every single day. This messed our medical stuff as well because of return to sender. Zero humanity. I respectfully ask, please deliver my package at my door for stuff that can't fit in the box please. Don't cause unnecessary inconvenience

They forward a package from a less mile away and charged me $72.95 with the instruction on the package says : Carrier please leave if no response. The person answered the phone in the post office was not very helpful.

Extremely terrible customer service!!! Other postal offices pick customers' call, but they do not pick up the phone and do not return the mail sent from USPS web page.

The women working in the passport office today is a classic stereotype of poor customer service from the USPS. She was slow at performing every step of her job (stamping forms, making copies, stapling, etc.). Customer must wait patiently for the right to be serviced by her. Every step was single threaded. However, what was even more frustrating was her dissemination of wrong information with respect to passport renewals - one of her primary duties in that office. The poor women in line behind me had made an appointment 1 month ahead of time was told that she would have to make another 1 hour appointment and return because she failed to bring an original birth certificate - which would have been understandable except that that paperwork is not required according to the State Department website.

Supervisor John incredibly rude, told me he did not have time to talk to me, sent me a manipulated check for my "collect on delivery" item, check was manipulated by him: he crossed over the USPS as a payee and wrote my name (misspelled), no bank would accept the check, the idea of being paid by the recepient defeats the purpose of the COD; escalating complaint now to regional office and USPS fraud investigation
