Tried to call for a passport appointment but they never answer their phone and finally went in person and told I had to call. Then told they were already booked for April, call May 1st for appointment. What a scam! Go to or call the Post Office at 1130 Kings Hwy, King George. Jacquelyn is wonderful.
This has been the worst post office I have ever had to use. After a
minor complaint, I and my mail were thrashed. There is a gang mentality here complete with territory restrictions. They will get even with you in any possible way if you complain about anything. They arelike thugs on the corner waiting to terrorize you in any way they can because they can. New man has come in - hope he is able to getthe phone back on the hook and rein these people in. If not, keep complaining - I know it takes time but the only thing that works.
Horrible Customer Service! Wasn't sure of her name because she had two different name tags on (Michelle and another name?) [short, dark skin black lady] I asked about dropping my passport applications off and you would have thought I cursed her out. Some people are not meant for customer service. I want management to talk to her and I would like a response as to what happened. If not, I will escalate this complaint.
I want to thank and compliment Cynthia Villos (not sure about spelling) for helping me and my firm find a very important certified envelope with irreplaceable documents. She was very helpful, and followed up both with me and with the addressee of the documents. Please thank her for me.
I am beyond livid! My mail keeps being forwarded to back to the sender! I've talked to customer services, and directly to the post office in Stafford to get this ISSUE in control. It has been almost 2 months since my first complaint and it is STILL happening. I don't know what else to do to have the post office manager/supervisor address this issue and resolve it for GOOD! I am now having companies resend main AGAIN and AGAIN and I am still getting calls from them saying that the mail was returned AGAIN. I spoke with a post office manager/supervisor on Sept 21st and she assured me that she would handle the problem. NOPE STILL HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!
Wow 10am-5pm! How does a working commuter in the DC area use your service with hours like that. Wonder why we pay other providers to do the services we need. Another reason your losing money and our behind the times. You open after most people go to work and close before we can get to you because most Americans work 8-5.
