I am not sure why my mail is no longer being delivered to my house and put through the mail slot in the front door???? It used to be put all the way through the slot and land on the inside of the house. Now it is rubberbanded and left on the front porch. And many times it is left halfway inside the mail slot.??? Getting the mail into the house entirely is a safety feature for me. HELP.

This is how my mother birthday card arrived today torn open and empty. It’s a shame I guess the thieves at the post office thought it was something inside. Just plain disgusting.
