Afternoon, I have lived at my residence for over 6 years, I have noticed that my mail carrier does not deliver my mail until she stops at the neighbor across the street and feeds her cats. Now if it was for 5-6 minute conversation no issue.. I am talking about 20-30 minutes while others on the block have not received their mail!!! This carrier covers Wyoming Ave, she is caucasian, grey& brown hair, wears glasses. I would like my mail prior to her visiting and holding my mail delivery. This occurred today & at-least 2-3 a week!!

I had an emergency question that only the post office could answer I stayed on the phone from 3to 4 without anyone answering the phone. I'm a elderly person and don't have a car why don't anyone answer the phone? It just don't make sense.

I want to say that I LOVE this branch. Everyone there was so nice and kind to me. They made me feel that my problems with my mail was an inconvenience to them. Jeff was really great and help me a lot!!!!! Thank you!!! You don't get enough THANK YOU'S YOU DO HAVE A HARD JOB!!!!! I APPERICATE EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU!!!!!!!!!

We have had the worst service possible since December 2018. We are a local long time business in the area and we have certain mail that goes out and comes in that needs to be picked up in a timely matter. The service has been inconsistent or some days not at all. I put mail out at 7:30 this morning, it is now 4:25 and has not been picked up. It's impossible to get thru to a manager or service agent. I would like a reply to this comment.
