You people need to go to another PO. Purcelllville is as good as any. So what if your mail got delivered to the wrong address. Maybe the guy is new, has 800 boxes a day etc. Try NY or DC where they don't give a damn. Lived here 25 years and had pleasant experience every time. You people need to move back to Ashburn.

No one was at the front even after the door rang numerous times letting them know customers were there. Once someone finally showed up, the woman was extremely rude. I don't think I've ever been to a USPS office where the staff was this rude. Terrible customer service.

P.S. - I think I'll start going to Mail It All from now on. They have GREAT customer service!

The people at this post office are so rude. There is one woman who is relatively kind (I think her name is Debbie), but the rest of them will bark at customers for no reason at all. It's ridiculous. I prefer using UPS or Fedex because the workers at this post office are downright mean.

They are very rude at the post office. I called about a package and the person on the phone was very short and just kept telling me I don't know. They need some lessons in customer service.

In the past week, on a daily basis, our mail (all or in part) has been delivered to neighbors and we have received neighbors mail. This just started happening. I live at 546 Gentlewood Square and we have been receiving 544 and 548 mail.

Oddly enough, this happened to us yesterday. Our neighbors got ours, and we got another neighbors mail! Idiots...I was told that they are using part timers....no excuse, as we pay for a service.
