Ocean View Post Office on 1st View Street taped over the drive past mailbox and removed mailbox from local shopping center. Mailing a letter was never hard. All of a sudden it is. NO REASON TO CUT OFF THE OUTSIDE DRIVE PAST MAILBOX ON THE POST OFFICE PROPERTY.

There is poor management of the post office outdoor mail box. The box is constantly overflowing with mail deposits, some people are seen taking someone's mail out the box. This is a violation and crime. Income tax checks will go missing and that Church Street Post Office is to blame. Some one is not emptying the mail box for processing accordingly, unacceptable on behalf of citizens

I've had a package in transit since 2-3-21. Where is it?

So far 2 packages shipped priority have been trapped in the Norfolk Post Office sinkhole. Shipping priority seems to slow down delivery and/or cause packages to be lost. Postal Executives should have planned for the increase in mail due to holidays and Covid and partnered with other resources to do a better job. The inability to ship and receive packages this season is inexcusable.

Is there ANY way I could possibly pick up a package on a Saturday from here. My sister graduation present arrived early this am and we are celebrating her tomorrow. It’s super special and I would really like to give it to her.

Please send me a phone number and human contact at the Norfolk Mail Processing Center-- Virginia Beach Mail Processing Center, too. I've lost my wedding ring which was sent in an envelope from Virginia Beach to Fredericksburg, Va.

I would like to know why you would send me an email on Dec. 28th stating that the hold on my mail was ending on Dec. 29th and my mail would be delivered on that date when the postman for my zip code (23508) never even showed up on my block to deliver anyone's mail. I even called the customer service number and was told that the postmen might be delivering mail until perhaps 8:30pm. Evidently, those charged with delivering the mail in my zip code could care less about doing their job responsibly. For those of us living in a zip code that no longer has a post office of its own (the Milan Station was closed over a year ago) are no longer important enough to the postal service to have our mail delivered in a timely manner. Since the Milan Station has closed, there have been several days when the mail hasn't been delivered on my block as it is a single block on a dead end street. If my held mail is not delivered on Monday, Dec. 31, I will be forced to lodge a formal complaint.

Mailman never picks up my mail from my box, an envelope has been sitting in there for a week waiting to be returned to its sender because it was meant to be delivered to the previous tenant. Mailman didn't pick up my envelope containing the rent either. SO UNRELIABLE
