postlady Jackie who works at the hidenwood post office that serves newport news va is a very special worker. i have recently moved from one apartment to another unit closeby, and have been having problems with receiving my mail. i had informed the post office that i had moved, and also filled out the proper change of address paperwork, but my mail was still not being serviced properly. I met Jackie 02/08/21 and informed her of the issues I was having; she said that she would look into the situation, and it appears as though she is true to her word. I simply hope that you recognize what an important employee she is.

I left my house for MAYBE an hour. The mail had not been delivered. I got home, the mail had been delivered. It WAS raining earlier, however it had not rained since I originally left my house. I live at 105 Parker Ave NN VA 23606. My mail was DRENCHED. Like so wet it deteriorated just picking it up.
