I called 3 times today at 703-669-5485. The same lady answered the phone each time and said "downtown Leesburg, please hold." I held more that 10 minutes each time and no one every came to help me. Then I called back 4 times in a row and she did the same thing each time but on the 4th time she said "downtown Leesburg, please hold. I am with a customer." This is not a good customer experience. I've spent nearly an hour trying to find out where I can let someone know my carrier has been putting some of my mail in my neighbors mailbox multiple times over the last 4-6 weeks. The neighbor has the house up for sale and is not there every day. It can significantly delay how long it takes to get our mail. Can someone please get word to our mail carrier to let them know to be more careful not to put our mail in someone else's mailbox? Please let me know. Thanks, Ginger Hudson Town of Leesburg Resident
