We appreciate Sunday package delivery. However, the drivers are speeding down our private road. We have observed two different drivers (a male driver on Sunday May 21 and a female driver today, Sunday June 5 at 10:30 am) driving at excess speed (above 35 mph) on our gravel lane. Our road has bicycle riders, children playing and people walking leashed dogs, especially on weekends. There are two blind curves where speeding cars cannot see far enough ahead to stop in time to avoid someone or something in the road. Please remind your weekend drivers that they need to drive SLOWLY on private lanes and all residential streets.
