Does anyone ever get an operator/representative to answer the number listed for Riverdale Post Office in Hampton, VA? I've tried for 2 weeks straight everyday three and four times a day all it does is ring and ring. No voicemail or nothing is available.

Looks like the usps is going forces with the dmv? It runs like most antiquated government agencies.

It is August 6! Where is our mail? We have a central mailbox. Other neighbors have said their mail is not being delivered either. We run our office out of our house. Please respond! Thank you!

Since the early days of the covid - 19 our mail has been unpredictable. We did not receive mail service for sometime a day or two . Now ,the absense of delivery has grown to four days. I have concerns over this because both my husband and I receive our medications by mail . I have tried and failed to reach the Riverdale P.O. by phone. I need answers. USPS notified me my package was delivered at 4:31 PM but there was no package either at my door or on the main street through my apartment by the community mailboxes which are not visible from my apartment. My conclusion is that the delivery person delayed posting the delivery time by almost 2 hours to give him time to keep the package (a TV) for himself. He can "say" he delivered it but delayed posting the time so I would never know that the package was ever delivered.

My packages must have been delivered to the wrong address. I got an email that it was delivered yesterday.

Hampton Post Offices are garbage. Today alone I've been on hold for two hours, which is horse****. The two employees I've spoken to would need three tries to get a True or False question right. Was told on Saturday I'd have the package Sunday, then today that it was being delivered today. Currently 6:20pm and no package. Poquoson has never had a problem delivering to us, not sure what makes you so challenged. Hopefully Amazon cuts ties with your offices because you are giving their shipping process a bad name. Leave this game to professionals who know what they are doing please. Think I am the only one? There is a Facebook page with 7000 followers who also believe you are garbage. I hope word spreads far and wide to elect to not include you in the shipping process.
