This facility runs hot and cold. This week 24-29 Jul 2023 has been miserable.
No one in the neighborhood is getting mail, packages, checks, prescriptions, bills, etc. this week. This puts people at risk on several different levels. The response from the post office is that there is nothing they can do but investigate. Additionally, wherever the mail that is supposed to be delivered is going is exposing people to identity theft. Confidential medical information and prescription medications, social security info/checks, bank account numbers, balances, etc.
It is no wonder they are considering closing the Disputanta Post Office and consolidating it with the Prince George Office. Hopefully they will ... Disputanta has been substandard for years.

USPS: 92001901755477000922106304 package was not in mail box and mail lady delivered only envelope mail. Was notified that it was delivered in/at mailbox. Not there.
Called post office to find out what happened to my check that was picked up by the carrier for stamps and I never received them and the young lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful if this is the people the post office employs at the disputanta post office you should be ashamed and close your doors for hiring such people. She better be glad I was not standing in front of her with the way she spoke to me I am 82 yrs old and would never have spoken to a customer the way she spoke to me. But then I was brought up and raised to respect my elders not the way kids now a days are. so sad!!
This is postal location has lost or mis delivered 6 packages in the last 8 months. I have had my address geo tagged in the system. I get step by step delivery alerts and I have signed up for informed delivery. Yet this postal location continues to loose my packages.
