We stopped in to pay our post office box today 4-12-19 and the lady Melissa said we would have to now pay a late fee of $22.00. I asked her why that was since I came in and my Husband came in on two different dates to pay it and she wouldn't take it saying she don't take paynents early and knowing that I don't come in every day to get my mail so I didn't know when the next time would be that I would be in. She denied to my face that we had ever been in twice to pay it. Then she started cussing at my Husband and told us to never come there again. I'm sure there are cameras up and there you will see that we came in twice. Also $22.00 late fee is a chunk for us. Please call [number removed] to see what can be done to remedy this situation.
