Very disappointed that an employee would let personal feelings keep her from doing her job. I watched carrier drive by my house. Moments later my package info said attempted delivery. She never attempted. She just drove by. Now this is a Sat. and we have to wait til Mon for our PRIME package. A service we pay for. To be delivered. signed disappointed

I placed a package in the mailbox this morning at 8:00 am at 2335 Saddle Hollow Road, Crozet, Va. 22932 and package was not picked up. The Red Flag of mailbox was up. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I run a business of shipping packages and don't know what to do for this not to happen in the future. Please advice.

For the past few weeks we have been receiving the mail of our neighbors. At first, this was not such an inconvenience, we just delivered it ourselves when we walked the dogs. I do however wonder what items of ours have not been delivered. I am waiting for an item which says on the online tracker has been delivered, (but not to my address). How do I get my items?

There is a man at the Crozet post office (not too old) who gave the worst customer service I have ever received. First off, he opened the doors 5 minutes late. Then, the person in front of me in line tried to carry out a friendly conversation and the man didn't even pretend to be listening. Instead, he interrupted her every sentence and it surely seemed like he wanted her to leave as soon as possible. Then, when it came to me, I asked if my package had come, and he refused to check anything. He didn't ask my address or anything. He just said, "Nope, sorry can't do that. See ya."There are a lot of nice people in this country who are unemployed, so I just hope this man loses his job because he deserves no better. He was very rude, and I don't see how such a man could have any relations if he behaves in such a way in public. The next time I have to go to the post office, I hope he will no longer be working there. Judging from the previous comment, the people at the Crozet post office have earned a bad reputation.

I know that man--he was my boss until yesterday when he fired me after I sat in a truck with a flat tire for three hours, and then, when no one showed up to help me, I texted the office manager that it might be time to lock the truck, and bring in the key, so they could fix the truck the next day. He went ballistic, yelling abusively at me over my text, and then fired me--after I had done what I could and should, and only made a suggestion that he did not like. Keith Smarte is his name, and as you can tell, it's a misnomer. A toxic manager.

How are complaints filed with the postal service. What has happened to me at this post office is unbelievable. These people are the rudest I have ever encountered. I have had PO Boxes for years and have never had as many problems or have been treated so poorly. My recommendation is DO NOT rent a box at the Crozet Virginia post office.
