My granddaughter was sent a Misty bracelet from her friend on Chincoteague Island. It was sent in a regular envelope and the envelope was ripped when received and the bracelet was not enclosed. I am just wondering and hoping if you have a bracelet in your lost&found bin. We do not want to upset the sender. We live in PA so this envelope probably was sent through multiple mail offices. Thank you for checking.

Is everyone at this post office required to be particularly rude and difficult when dealing with customers and routine post office functions? The staff at the front counter need a lesson in charm school. Nothing about the front staff demonstrator the least bit of interest in their job description or pleasant demeanor.

My son ordered an Amazon delivery that was supposed to be delivered today. Your driver could not find 7482 East Side, Unit 11 and his order was returned. Can you explain how this happened? This island is not real big. We have received orders at this address before. Did your driver bother to use the contact information associated with this order? With this type of service, why should Amazon continue to use USPS? Please let me know @ thcrosby@ Verizon.net.
