My neighbor across street called me today about mail being left at her house. This is a continuous problem with me receiving mail for other and vice versa. We have 2 mailboxes and 2 addresses. The number of wrong deliveries is too much to be a "mistake". It happens all the time. I'm sure my neighbors are "fed up" as well. Could you please address this issue .

Had a package that was delivered yesterday. He dropped of atv2:54 pm i was 30 minutes behind him.. my mailbox was closed. My wife was with. I pulled up beside the mailbox. And it was not there. I looked around the neighborhood. Front porch. And back porch. It was not there. I kept looking but never found it. I am so pissed. I will go find out what the deal is

I am very concerned that three envelopes containing collector type coins were not in either mailbob at 4000 or 4005 BALDWIN Road, Chester on 21 September or any of the following days. These coins are not worth a great but are collector. EBAY stated they were delivered 21 Seotember. A couple of weeks earlier, an envelope had been cut open with its coin inside the mail box. ? we have not had any postal service this week, Jan 3rd and 4th. No delivery or pick up. I had my flag up with mail to go out. I took it to the post office this am. In 40 plus years of living here this has never happened. Our street; Saromont Avenue, Chester is a dead end cul-de-sac, ido we have a new carrier that is just overlooking our street?

Our mail service has really gone downhill. Recently we are getting mail as late as 9pm. We get mail delivered to the wrong address. I had bills in my mailbox with the red flag up that was put there on Fri morning and did not get picked up until Mon night! This has gotten to be totally ridiculous!!! What has happened to our mail service??? It really stinks!!! We both get medications through the mail and we never know when to expect it any more! Help! Our mail service must improve!!!

Absolutely the worst experience at the Chester PO. Spoke with Charlene branch manager most uncaring and arrogant person I have ever spoken with. I have undelivered mail costing me late charges, tapered mail and stolen property and other extremely late deliveries and the woman could care less. Was also lied to on process on the stolen and tampered piece . No concern whatso ever. Disgusting

I was lied to by the employee. He charged me package rates for two domestic Christmas cards and tried to charge me international package rates with a customs declaration form required for a third card. I've sent both cards and packages to international locations many times over the years. Cards were always charged as cards and did not require a customs declaration form. Packages were always charged as packages and did require a customs declaration form. This time I went ahead and paid for the domestic cards as packages ($3.50 each) but I refused to pay the international package rate for a Christmas card! I walked out with the international card and took it to the 23832 (Chesterfield) post office where I was charged $2.34 with NO CUSTOMS DECLARATION, like every other time I've mailed a Christmas card to that country.

Do not understand why we did not have mail deliver today! Mailbox was clear of snow~ what has happened to the POST OFFICE?????? I also had my red flag up for pick up!!!!! Roads were plowed in subdivision. What's the reason for NO delivery or pick up? Thank you!

Saturday mail delivery should be discontinued if it can not be accomplished by 5:00 pm. When a package delivery is also expected, it is totally unsafe for all.

The carriers stuff my packages in my small mailbox instead of delivering them to my front door as requested thru My USPS. My mail is crumbled along with the packages. Even had a package about to be returned for a wrong address where the name and address was correct. I track so I knew that this was taking placed. Fortunately, the worker who answered the phone kept it and it was delivered. Have placed holds online and the mail gets delivered even after directly informing the carrier.
