I have had a package lost for two weeks and when I tried to get help from my postoffice in Salem VA they sent out David Ayers to be incredibly rude and to get rid of me. He had no intention in helping me, he only was looking for a reason to get rid of me. I went to another employee to complain about how rude he was and David Ayers called security on me. He claimed I shoved my phone in his face when I showed him I had another postoffice employee on the phone from L.A. who was saying “I needed him”. he used this for a excuse to shut the door in my face and refused to help. If David Ayers in Salem is any representation of the post office I will never see my package again. I have worked with a number of employees and postmaster there and they all were professional. David Ayers has no business working with the public.Incredibly Offended, Deborah Semones
