Extreme inept service in Carrollton Va. 23314. I ordered 2 pair of men’s size 12 boat shoes that were sent last week by USPO. I received updates from the seller and tracking. The last tracking sheet stated that they were left on the side of the road near my mailbox, a third of a mile from my home, and were never seen again. Checking with the PO, for additional info, the only thing offered was to leave my phone #, so the rout delivery person could call me. He never did. No way would one pair of shoes fit in a standard rural mailbox, not 2 pair. The PO is responsible to deliver items like this to our porch. I’m very disappointed and angry.

I just wanted to let you know that everytime I come there, I always have a pleasant visit! I don't know her name but she has a NY accent... she is the best! Very friendly and helpful during these trying times... I very much appreciate her and the others who are risking thier lives to provide us with service!!
