I don't know why we have a mail system. They sure can't deliver the mail or in the right box!!! My husband's life sustaining medicine was " delivered" to the mailbox. That's what it said. Had to reorder after he had ran out and waited 2 weeks to get it shipped. Their site shows 7 letters delivered. I haven't gotten any!! This carrier needs Tobe REPLACED from delivering on Island Road!! My taxs pays a portion of his or her salary. If they can't read the numbers on the mailbox replace them! Give me the job. I'll guarantee ppl will get their mail!

I had a issue with my paycheck and was late on my box. I think they should've contacted me. I tried calling numerous times, never answered. They have locked my box and denied me access to my mail and packages. All without answering the phone I have been trying to call for days.

The lobby hours at this location are NOT 24 hours. They vary, but usually close by 7PM Monday - Saturday and 5PM on Sunday. So access to your post office box IS LIMITED>

Haven't been getting my mail after the city changes our address number. Have 2 credit cards late payments because I never received my mail. Been having this problem now for 2 months. Talked to the post office about this. Like talking to a wall.

Same problem here but multiplied because the City changed our house number. I've done all we can (including talking to our carrier), yet still he drove by without delivering 2 promised packages (It says attempted yesterday and that's not true) or any mail. I'm woohoo frustrated at this point!

What the hell? I was supposed to get a package today. When it didn't come I called and they said it was being delivered by some all packages delivery driver. Well I got a notification saying no access delivery location. Huh? Iv gotten the same package every month for over a year here. I get packages 2 or 3 times a week. This has never happened before and it's medicine that I need. Irs never been delivered like this either it usually comes with the mail.My dad was a mailman here for over 40 years and I know this is some bullshit!

They suck! I get packages for Bradley Street when I am on Randolph Street, and vice versa. I just spent $89 for a package that I did not get and they do not care! How would you like to lose $89 and get nothing?!

A post office box is not sufficient to get a package. Didn't the phone numbers they have listed are not available. Poor way of doing business. Very unhappy.

I think we should just do away with the general mail Postal Service, they’re obsolete anymore at this point anyway. UPS and FedEx do a much better job, and they don’t confuse Bradley Street in Randolph Street!! USPS is a government paid job. Let’s cut them out!

Same situation as "Vickiebeam" below.....supposedly "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location" when I received an earlier delivery just fine. Two driveways, clear paved road within City limits and a mailbox with no obstructions and NOTHING to stop a delivery attempt except laziness and this has happened NUMEROUS times. Disgusting and pathetic lack of service.

I am very unhappy with the package delivery. Oh wait they didn't delivery it stated the driveway/ front porch was unaccessabile, which was incorrect there were 2 available parking spaces in one driveway and 2 in a second driveway. The covered porch was also accessible. I don't believe ther was an attempt to delivery the package. What upsets me the most is the lie.

This is by far one of the worst post offices I have experienced in my 40 years on Earth. The people who deliver the mail are lazy. They don't get packages to businesses on the right days.....EVER. They claim that they forgot or make up some other reason. FORGOT? IT'S YOUR JOB. If they did miss you for a legitimate reason, they don't leave any kind of notice that there was an attempted delivery. You're just supposed to track it down yourself or not get it at all. The managers couldn't care less and run the facility at a snails pace. It's a complete disaster.
