Postal Locations

I had no choice but to click one star. Terrible Post Office! Packages are rarely ever delivered on time...or even days after they HAVE the package! Most of the time I have to just go and pick up the packages. I mean, come on. This has not been just one or two instances, but almost every time. Yet, they have no problem putting junk mail and bills in the mailbox, but not bring the package to my door...which is about 300 feet from my mailbox. If the employees are that lazy, they should just send a text or email, and I will come and pick up my own package on the day they get it...instead of waiting days before I STILL have to go there and get it!!

I am so frustrated with this post office. The carrier does not pick up the mail, she doesn't deliver catalogs or magazines - guess she keeps those for her reading pleasure since she isn't picking up or delivering mail. I called to discuss and was on hold for 37 minutes after being asked if I could hold for a "moment." Seriously folks, everyone is short staffed. How would you feel if First Responders treated you this way? If you don't have time to pick up and / or deliver the mail, please let your customers know that you can no longer provide the service for which you were hired.

Absolutely the best post office I’ve ever been associated with Great small town courtesy with old school respect for their customers. Brian. My courier delivers to my house from about 1/3 mile from the main road. He is always friendly and on the go. The P.O. Counter staff are always personable and quick. I feel very fortunate to be affiliated with this small-town, personable and professional facility.

The worst post office in the whole United States I have been living in the same house for over 20 years and I cannot get them to deliver stuff to my house they will put a note in my mailbox says sorry I missed you and I am at home I am sick and tired of this post office I wish I could switch my post office or else if they don't want to do the job let somebody else do it they will be more than happy to thank you very much
