Postal Locations

I live at 5515 West Bear Valley Cove and have not been receiving my ad fliers that usually are delivered on Tuesday. Is this another service that is not being offered any longer? I would like a reply to this or just have them delivered regularly like they have been for years and years. Also, no one does answer the phone at the West Jordan location. Such great customer service

address: 1464 west 8620 south. Thankyou to our mail carrior.She stopped and after exiting,negotiated a 4 foot berm of snow that was plowed into area of mailbox in our circle.Thus,mail was delivered.Disabled household.

While I realize, the postal employees are busy, it’s totally unacceptable that no one answers the phone at the West Jordan post office. My 98 year old father lost his mailbox key and we both tried numerous times to contact this office and the phone was never answered. In reading previous comments, they never answer the phone. This is a government agency and this needs to change!

Maria is the worst mngr in the entire world and needs to be FIRED. she has no people skills, lies and is rude.

I live at the Sugar Creek Condos and have used the mailboxes in our property. I have mailed two different important loan payments - one in June and one in July through the "outgoing" box. Neither payment made it to their destinations. Its as if they were not even picked up. I had to pay fees to both bills for being late. I would like to know what is going on with our mailboxes - doesn't the mail person pick up outgoing mail? I have depended on it as I have been recovering from foot surgery and cannot drive. You have the most unpleasant employees ever you cant even deliver the right packages to the hosue and then call an ask you give a solution that dont even work july 6 @319pm the lady answering the phone was worthless

i am extremely unhappy. i recently sold my house in west jordan because i am in the process of moving to florida. i am still living there in the basement as a renter. for some reason the west jordan post office has decided my mail should be returned to the senders. this has created huge problems for me with my creditors. i didn't request the post office to do anything with my mail. i'm really confused why the wj post office would decide where my mail should go without any instructions from me. its possible that very important things have not been received by me especially since i'm in the middle of purchasing a home in florida. this needs to be fixed immediately and they should be contacting all of the people they have returned my mail to that the post office was in error. i am furious. the post office has created a huge mess for me at a very important time in my life.

My mailman is fking with me. Been doing it now for months. He leaves my mail box open all the time. 6 days in a row as of today. 30 days in the last 3 months. I tried calling the West Jordan Post Office ten times today. No answer. I want a call or email ASAP! Unreal that a mailman would target us, and we have never spoken to him ever. He has a huge problem.

I love our mail delivery lady. The Post Office and dudstribution center No! In all the 30 + years that I have lived here, no one will answer the phone there. My great granddaughters birthday gifts are in the dead zone, meaning there has been no movement in delivery to me nor a return made or started to the place I ordered from, despite them being at the post office a week ago which was the last known movement I missed the agents call, but on the message he left me, he tried to use the UPS as their excuse. NO! I have never had a problem with UPS or FedEx. USPS, yes, they never deliver by the expected date and now they say the label must have been covered up by UPS label when transferred to them and when their employee tries to peel it off, it ruins the original tracking number and my name and address, so I am guessing that they don't know where to return the package back to either since that info would be on the original label too. No presents and out my money to buy new ones and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE! THANKS FOR RUINING A LITTLE GIRL'S BIRTHDAY! I DON'T APPRECIAT THE NONCHALANT ATTITUDE EITHER! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Can't get an answer as to where my package is? I could have driven it myself twice in the time it's taking. I also can't talk to a REAL person. Your customer service is worse than Verizon and that's bad. At least after an hour on hold I get to speak with some one there. WHERES MY PACKAGE???????????

The past 3 days while sitting in my front room, the mailman has chucked all of my packages from about 10 feet away onto my doorstep. Soon enough everything I receive will be broken! I have taken recordings of these instances from my ring doorbell. This is absolutely inappropriate and highly unprofessional. I would like to speak to someone immediately about this issue. I will not stand for all of my packages being aggressively thrown onto my cement steps.

To whom it may concern I have been trying to get hold on someone to check on a packaged that was supposed do be deliver back on September 15, 2020 an no one answers their phone. still waiting for my packaged.

I run an online business. I ship thousands of packages, I depend on the post office to do their job! Over the last several months I will drop of between 2000-3000 packages depending on my sales and they will sit without a scan for up to a FULL WEEK!?! How is this acceptable? I just tried to call to follow up to see why none of them even have an acceptance scan and no one will answer the phone. The US Government should be ashamed.

Nobody will answer the phone. They’ve had my package for 3 weeks and nobody knows where it is.

Just went into the post office to mail a certified letter. Another customer and I were wearing masks. This guy is so arrogant. Dealt with him and just have to walk away. I ask why he didn’t have a mask on. Told me it was optional and he had gone to two stores without it. I ask if he didn’t care about older people or ones that are vulnerable. Then he went into a song and dance about he was a medic for years and proceeded to tell how it’s all nonsense.

I received a package today in my mailbox that somehow has a chunk of it stuck in the area between my box and the one below it. It's jammed in in such a way that the only way I could remove it would be to tear the apparel that is inside the package thus rendering it useless. I am very confused how someone could get the packaged jammed in like that in any other way than just trying to do it.

Someone changed my address behind my back frauduantly I want to switch it back to Nicholas mcdonald 6778 South somerset Dr make sure it switch's back & does not happen again I want to press charges if you let this happen again

Dear delivery person. You probably do not care if our packages get stolen. You are so damn lazy to walk up to our front door and drop off our packages that you shoved inside mailbox. You have done this a few times. Not only to us but also the neighbors. And she leaves the mailboxes wide open with packages hanging out of mailboxes. A few months ago I lodged a complaint at the post office towards mail carrier. I had a package delivered which I was to sign for. Instead of coming to the door for signature she dropped off the cards at mailbox saying no one was home. And I checked my cameras and saw her truck drove by and dropped off at mailbox instead of getting my signature which I was waiting for all day. This is unacceptable. You need to retire if you can’t do your job. There are a lot of people looking for jobs and you’re taking up space. Just plain lazy.i will stop by and put in another complain with pictures taken

I am absolutely appauled by west jordan postal service delivery. I received a notification from Amazon that my package was delivered in my mailbox. When I checked my mailbox i saw a key to unlock the bigger mailbox below mine. The key would not unlock either lock I tried 3 times turning the key different ways. I then taped a note to the ley staring that I could not get the box open and that maybe rhe wrong key was placed in my box and to pleasenput the correct key in the box. Today Nov 13th when I open my box. I saw my package squished inside my mail box. Whoever delivered to the Villas in West Jordan on Interlochen lane stuffed a package in my mailbox and bent it up. This item was a gift and it was not a cheap gift. I barely could get it out of my box. I very disappointed. I would have picked the package up from the post office of needed. Very, very disappointed.

Don't even try calling them. They won't answer their phone. I called somewhere in the range of 20 times, and nobody bothers to answer the phone. Not even the passport office to ask where the heck everyone is. I missed my package because the Carrier just hit the door one time, and walked away. Hello, I am supposed to have time to come to the door to sign, you know?

I scheduled a Package pick up from my community locked mail box and the Post Office in West Jordan did not pick it up. But they made sure to say they did through the email back to me. So tired of using the service that does not work. Poor service.

I bought some stuff from China. I took a long time to arrive, and I'm waiting excited. I was working when I saw that it was delivered. I looked into my mail box anxious but nothing was there. I looked in the office and nothing was there as well. I opened a dispute by Paypal against the seller. So, more than one week and nothing was solved. Right now, my neightbor said he saw the postman put it on the top of mailbox and probably forgot it there. Normally someone will see it and give it to me for drop off on the office but I didn't happen. I've never ever though it could happen for so higher negligence.

I realize in a city that is experiencing phenomenal growth, we are in desperate need of another post office. I appreciate the fact that the West Jordan post office is understaffed. However, that being said, I am appalled at the service that we have received over the past 13 years that we have lived here. Our mail has been lost, packages and letters damaged (and in some cases, opened), time sensitive material and checks sent to the wrong address, as well as receiving mail that isn't ours. If these were just occasional occurrences I would be more understanding. Unfortunately, these things happen more often than not. Just recently I ordered a package and when I tracked it, found that it had been delivered to the West Jordan office on March 16th. Eight days later I have yet to receive it. When I have visited their office, their staff has been less than helpful and at times even rude. I apologize that I am even having to right such a negative review, but these issues need to be addressed.
