This post office branch is the worst. I have packages returned to sellers because I didn't use my PO BOX. I use my home address so that I can have packages delivered to my house. They get delivered to my house as long as the seller does not use USPS. If the seller uses USPS to ship packages, this post office will not take the time to look up the PO. BOX number, or deliver it to your house! They will just return it to the shipper, with out a second thought. This morning is the four time in a year that I have gotten an email saying my package was returned, I email them my PO. BOX number and I eventually will get my package. However this time the seller made me pay again for shipping it and it will be another week out. I needed the contents of that package this week. All because the employees of this post office branch could take the 30 seconds to look up my PO BOX Number that was shipped using USPS! NEVER USE USPS TO DELIEVER PACKAGES TO STOCKTON AREA IF I CAN HELP IT. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PACKAGE.
