We have a delivery driver during the weekday that always brings my package in he brings my mail to me one time we had an employee leave a pizza in the oven and forget about it and the place was smoking about to be on fire and the employee came in stopped it put out the fire and left and we had no clue until later till we looked at the cameras when an amazing driver our Saturday driver however and never brings our package ever he always says business is closed when the gates are open trucks are moving in and out people are on the yard and in the office someone lives in the office in fact and there's a mailbox out front he never leaves our package ever never ever get it on Saturdays we always have to wait till Monday or later the Saturday driver doesn't care I watched him pull into the parking lot next to us sit for a minute and then leave but the my package still said out for delivery by end of day so I waited till 8:00 p.m. till it updated and then it said that he made in a delivery attempt at 1:00 in the afternoon which he did not because I was literally standing outside watching him so if you're expecting a package on Saturday you're not getting it on the other hand if you are during the week you can count on this other guy I think his name was Daniel but I'm not sure but he is freaking amazing!

I have never had an issue until now for over 25 years. I have been twice to the office to get my mail started back up after having been in ICU for a while. I need my mail. Dont know what to do?

I appreciate the hard work of the post office. I want to make sure that those doing a wonderful job are complimented. On another note, a lot of our mail is being lost or sent to other houses. Our neighborhood often has mail sent to each other's houses and we redeliver to the correct address. I have also had packages sent through the mail that were never delivered to me yet the tracking information says delivered. Extremely provoking is not having some personal identification mail delivered directly to my house. It has been months and to this day it has not been delivered and I am concerned about my identity being stolen. My mailbox is locked and the only loose end is where the letter has been delivered. Lost packages of replaceable items is nerve racking, but lost identity documents keeps me up at night. It is the trust in the postal system that documents are secure and citizens are safe. There is nothing I can do besides write a review. I beg the employees of the post office to please make sure these important letters and packages go to their designated destinations.

I need someone off my mailing address. I have told the mailman and put it in my mailbox as well. How do I get this to stop?

I had a package delivered to a parcel box but the key broke off so can get my parcel. Mailman said he had notified post office and the would send someone out to open it for me. They still haven’t come. Mailman suggested I call the post office. I have called three times and no one answers and I get a busy signal after it has ranch for several minutes. Please send someone out to open the parcel box so I can get my package.

I called the post office at the 1-800-275-8777 to have a re-delivery delivered at about 2:30 p.m. today, 12/4/20. I left a message to call back, so, after no call back, called again at 4:30, but got caught up and still no call. So, called the Midvale post office at 801-566-9668. It kept ringing and no one bothered to pick up, three times. I am very frustrated. Please call me and schedule a pick up time, my home phone # is 801-255-2644. Address: 7452 S. Spruce St. Midvale, UT

I live in a condo complex with a bank of mailboxes. More and more mail is being delivered to the wrong box. Please pay more attention when delivering mail and packages.

Worst post office I've ever had to deal with in my entire 62 years! My mail carrier shoves mail into my mailbox and just keeps on shoving I am disabled and cannot get my mailbox every day. Today he left a package in the driveway!! I have a porch.
