Family member's from Wisconsin have stated that cards have been sent for myself and husband. At this point nothing has been received. This time is was a birthday card with gift cards. Normally we would have receive even junk mail and nothing has been received in the last four days. That is a bit odd.

On going problems with delivery of mail and packages on 100 n 200 w. Mailman simply just doesn't want to deliver or do his job. Multiple packages have been returned to sender as undeliverable, forwarding to other addresses when no forwards are in place, leaving notices with mail that packages couldn't be delivered because no one authorized to sign when no signatures were required, packages and mail left on the sidewalk in a bundle instead of on my porch or mailbox and left for anyone to take. I've had two credit cards stolen through the mail and a missing IRS check. My daughter had packages mailed to my home because she was having delivery issues at her place 200 N 600 W. All kinds of excuses were given by the post office as to why the packages weren't delivered. I currently have three items through USPS that show delivered and we're not.

I was expecting a package from my mom and brother on the 24th. But when I went to check the tracking number they gave me it says the order had a forward processing alert. And that it was being sent to a new address. But neither me or my mother asked the this forward processing. I just want to know if I’m still going to get my package ever. Tried calling in to get some help and answers but nobody picked up my calls

I’ve watched my mail man kick and drop multiple packages saying either fragile or this end up.

They “lost” my package but it was processed in their facility and then never got delivered so I’m sure it was stolen. Bunch of inbreds that will just waste your time and your money because they don’t do anything to find your package, we’re wasting our tax dollars on these people. This is the 2nd out of 3 packages I’ve ordered that have been f**ked up by them and I now don’t trust them and get paranoid when ordering anything online because in the back of my mind I know there’s an overwhelming possibility that it was a waste of my money and time. F*ck this facility, and the people who run it, if you can’t tell, it’s my medication that they “lost”. F***ing thieves.

Todd is stinking awesome! He answered our call so sweet and helped us find out what’s happening with our mail. So patient. So kind. We really appreciate it.

Absolutely garbage at answering the phone, if you need to get in contact with them I would try not needing to get in contact with them because they will not help.

Just an idea, but I don't really think this is the best time to have an employee who is coughing regularly up front helping customers. I mean that plexi glass isn't gonna stop whatever he is spreading throughout the lobby. At least make him wear a mask please!!

Ryan was a huge help in resolving complications in the arrival of my package. His response was timely, friendly, and overall very effective as the package ended up in the recipients hands. I am thrilled with the customer service I received from this location.

Kudos to Dan - I called from Alabama to say my Priority Mail package address confused East and West. I had been tracking package and noticed there was no such address, realized my mistake, called, Dan went and found the package, was very pleasant and professional, and package will hopefully be delivered tomorrow. Thanks, Dan!

USPS does not accept payments over the phone... so if you owe postage, how in the world are you to pay it when the recipient is not responsible for the fee!? Ridiculous.
