The ladies at the front desk arbitrarily decided not to hold my mail and returned them to sender because the parcel had the post offices address on it but didn't say General Delivery. This is ridiculous. The physical address is GENERAL DELIVERY. l and it is my address in the post office system electronically. This is maladministration, fraud and discrimination. Even if there was a policy they could use as an excuse to attempt to justify their action, it would be a policy in need of Redress. My address in the post office system IS the post offices address. How is it that their system allows me to use the post office address, but not these employees? This is just poor service. They told me that I don't live there, which is basically them saying that I am dead. It was unprofessional, unlawful and illegal.

I needed to visit the hurricane location to speak with the supervisor Sharon about a package that was sent to the wrong address. After contacting Sharon it was determined that I fell victim to mail fraud due to the tracking number used was an old number that was located off USPS records somehow and the parcel was sent to a different house. I asked for the address and was told no way. I attempted to plead my case but Sharon walked away and left. I waited for over 5 minutes for her to return and finally was helped by a front staff worker that explained what the process was and how to report it. Sharon was extremely rude and not customer friendly at all. I understand her job must be very difficult but does not excuse her behavior towards me and my issue.

I have had hundreds of packages delivered just this year to my address. But some have been addressed wrong by the sender. I know our postal person knows my name and my address because of so many packages. But even if it’s addressed wrong by one number he always notices the name and puts in my box. Lately I have had this issue and my orders are going to the house 2 streets over. The woman there is and refuses to tell me she has received theses boxes. I’ve lost up $500 in dress orders for my granddaughters formal wear from ages 5-7yrs old. Just the age of the woman’s child. She has stolen these formal dresses that are special made because of a number off. Not my mistake. So if the name doesn’t match the packages just get to whom ever. My granddaughters competitions that have been paid for are non refundable. But with how long to get more dresses made I’ve lost even more. To the extent of having another dress made paying $200 and getting it delivered. So why is my name not of consideration any longer? When I say I’ve lost more than $500 in items all together it’s in the thousands of $. But this woman gets these Custome gowns for free and her name is nothing near mine. This has just started being a problem. So why is the carrier not caring as he once did. Or do we have a new carrier in the 165 N are. This is a serious matter. This woman needs to be arrested and charged with mail fraud and opening mail that isn’t hers. She is an opertunist and it’s getting me a very and it’s hurting my finances. This is a serious matter that needs to be noticed and handled.

I would like to put up a Notice on your public bulletin board. Is there anything I need to do to get access to the board? Thanks Alan

Tired of lazy contract postal carriers. The new girl in Apple Valley has to drive by our house to get to the second mailbox in our sub-division. She is too lazy to drop an Amazon package by our house and expects us to drive into Hurricane to pick it up. The postal service needs to be privatized and eliminate the high priced do nothing workers.

Lisa is a straight out B**** and should be fired. She's the reason the post office is failing and everyone is going to other postal services. They entire staff has never said a nice word. VERY RUDE. I wasn't receiving packages and she was snotty in explaining that my damn mail is going to a neighborhood box, and why didn't I know that. "where else would it go" I hate when I have to go in there and deal with them every time. AVOID THIS PLACE. I'm putting in complaints hire to get them all fired. Recording how rude they are so I can't bust them all. JERKS!!!!

Sorry to say, I AGREE. I've never had a rider postal employee interaction in the 4 states I've lived. Most are happy! Happy to have a job there! But, Not here. I get nothing but attitude and argument. And I mean straight up argument about where I want my box!! As in, at the post office or in a neighborhood cluster. I live in Apple Valley and i guess we are supposed to be treated like the stuff on the bottom of your shoe! I'm sick of it though and will be taking this further. But, because I discovered over Christmas that I have ovarian cancer, I have been in and out of chemo and not much energy to do this. But absolutely NONE to argue with that witch and her attitude!

My carrier is always helpful and cheerful. The Post office has always been very nice to work with. They are overloaded at times, so I can understand the shortness. Thanks Post office Staff.

Ive never had a trip to the Hurricane post office where I wasnt treated rude and unprofessional. The letter carriers are not much better. Typical govt workers. I dont use them for anything unless I have to. Close it down, USPS is pointless anyway.

So, every month I have pills that are required for me to take from the VA. I have to sign for them but, no one tries to come to my house to deliver. Are you kidding me? So, now because of the laziness for the delivery person, I have to either; leave work early or drag my 1 year old in with me to pick them up. Mind you, my wife is home during the day but, on weekends I'm the one home so, there's no excuse to not deliver.

Same thing happened to my husband who is a Navy Vet 100% disabled. The driver comes out to Apple Valley when she feels like it I guess! The ACTUAL IMPORTANCE OF MAIL MEANS NOTHING!!!

This place has to have an IQ assessment. Old lady with brown hair and glasses should probably go back to remedial reading 101. Never have I had to deal with such an idiot! I'm not one to become frustrated with people during transactions but I swear to God, this poor old gal must have been on something. Perhaps medications? Perhaps Pot? Not a wonder this post office has a 3.5 rating … and falling!

There's been an issue with the mail box in my neighborhood. I know the issue has been brought up before but it remains unresolved. Mine, as well as others, packages are placed in the mail box with a broken/damaged lock, and we can't get our packages out. Please fix this soon.

The customer service at this office is very rude and twice they’ve lost our mail. We’re also receiving mail from family members that don’t live in Utah. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long for something to arrive after it has been mailed over a week ago! What is going on at this post office we have had nothing but trouble with It.
