They continue to deliver mail to people who don’t live at my address after I’ve repeatedly told them not to because those people come and get into our mailbox. I am the one who lives here and I NEVER RECEIVE MY MAIL. They don’t know how to answer their phone either. This location is a joke.

When I place mail in my box to be picked up WITH THE FLAG UP….if no mailed is delivered, my outgoing mail is not picked up. Being basically home bound this is VERY frustrating. It is day light so darkness is no excuse. I have out going mail 3-4 days a week. 11160 N 5740 W Highland. Please look into this problem!

Why are you not posting that the post offices in A.F. are closed due to COVID! I need a money order...no one will answer a phone, I can find no information when you will reopen...can you help me?

I have packages delivered to wrong address constantly. This time no one has brought it to me. All I get is a busy signal at the post office. I understand you are short handed. But really.

This post office consistently misdelivers my packages to another address. I have called and complained to no effect. Worst service I have ever received.

Worst post office I've ever dealt with. They've lost 3 packages of mine in a year. I can't believe my tax dollars pays for this lot of imbeciles.

You'd think you would have started paying the extra pocket change for insurance after the first package was lost. Who is REALLY the imbecile? The USPS is a fine service to have. Sure, it's an entity that hemorrhages money, but the employees aren't to blame for that. If you you're too cheap to pay for another delivery service, shut up.

It was an angry review from two years ago. The frontline staff are nice; and I've done business with them since. However, I would have been the imbecile had I paid for extra insurance because unless you wait in line and have them scan the package. Packages are not tracked/insured until they reach SLC. That trip is where the packages were lost. The last time I inquired, they don't have plans to change this. Take it for what you will. I much prefer Fedex and use their services whenever feasible.
