I want to recognize Christi Johnson for her excellent customer service. She has gone over and above to help me with packages and tracking things down. She is always helpful and friendly. She makes visiting the post office a very nice experience.

No mail delivery for several days in a row, we usually get at least junk mail! Also have received other residence mail in our road box. This is highly concerning to us.

I have had several packages that say they are waiting acceptance at the Wimberley P. O. and I never receive them. I know the P. O is busy but this is getting ridiculous. I lost two in Jan.

This note is not to praise or complain but to question. I live in Albuquerque NM. I asked my daughter in Wimberley put a time-sensitive document, that she had, in the mail to a minister in Kingwood TX. She put it in her mailbox (flag up) early Wed. a.m. Aug. 25. By 8 p.m. it and her other outgoing letters had not been picked up. I thought the mail had to be picked up and delivered every day. I am distressed that the document she was sending in my behalf did not go out as intended. Pls pick up mail on Blanco Drive from boxes with the flag up, thank you. CSM

On Monday May 10th the postal delivery person left my medication sitting on top of my mailbox 250' from my house visible for anyone to see or steal. Unacceptable. Please council this person that these items that maybe do not fit into the mail slot should be dropped at the door.

In April I submitted a forwarding address. Only a small amount of mail arrived there. In June my tenant called to say there was a great pile of mail at the house. I called the post office and explained the problem. I was told that the forwarding address was properly recorded and that it was incomprehensible how Mail was still being delivered. In early August my tenant again said a great pile of mail had been delivered. I spent a whole morning trunk to phone the post office. Only a busy signal. No wonder people have no confidence.

My regular rural carrier is great. Every single time there is a substitute my packages are not delivered to my door. I can't go in to the PO during the week to pick things up and often deliveries are time sensitive. Frustrated.

Once again I have received notice that my package has been delivered...left at front door at 4:04 pm...I have been sitting near the front door watching tv and there has not been a package delivered...I picked up mail from box about 4:15 and no sign of package..the package would be too large for mailbox.

I'm getting sick and tired of the mail carriers putting my packages in plastic grocery bags and hanging them from the front of my mailbox.. If they are too lazy to bring a package to the door then they need to find another job. I'm sure there are people who would love to have their jobs.

I am also Frustrated. We live in Rural Wimberley, and have filed a notice with the Wimberley Office, to drive down our driveway, and deliver Packages at our Front Door/Porch. Most of the time we find packages in our Mailbox; Rarely at our Front Door/Porch, as we have on file. Going over inventory I have found that on the 10th of this Month (March), items/parcels are missing; Although Tracking Numbers say they have been delivered, when checked. We have some Not-So-Great people in the area, as one can tell by our neighborhoods bashed in mailboxes. I-Am-Frustrated. Why fill out a Card Specifying to Deliver at Front Door, when Mail Person chooses not to? If it is obvious that a slew of mailboxes have been smashed, be nice; deliver the Mail as asked for. Now, what do I do about my Missing items? They are Not at the Post Office; Nor do I have them. There Are thieves, and I recommend following addressee's Filed Requests. Again, This is from 3/10/2015. Now, I will need to check the rest of my inventory....

I WORK FOR A LARGE COMPANY IN WIMBERLEY. I MAIL THE BILLS EACH MONTH. I RECEIVED BACK FROM THE POST OFFICE 7 ENVELOPES AS UNDELIVERABLE. I CALLED EACH CUSTOMER AND THEY CONFIRMED THE ADDRESSES WERE CORRECT. THEY ARE ALL WIMBERLEY P O BOX ADDRESSES ALSO. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH OUR POST OFFICE? THE FRONT WINDOW CLERKS ARE GREAT BUT THE BACK OFFICE NEEDS SOME HELP....GLASSES MAYBE?
