I put in a change of address 3 weeks ago. I have not gotten a key to new mail box. I went to Willis post office and spoke to a man behind counter. I felt like he was annoyed to help me. Said it could take 3 weeks to get key. It's been 3 weeks. Not sure if I should go back to post office and see about a key. Don't want To be a bother to anyone.

I am from Canada & found out today my very small size envelope from Amazon would not be delivered to my VRBO address & was going to be returned to Amazon. Jake at the Willis USPS was very helpful & very friendly in assisting me in finding my parcel. Thanks Jake…great guy!!!

I have avoided any USPS like the plague, for years. Rude people, long lines, lost mail, etc. Today I was forced to go to the Willis PO and, while I won't go out of my way to be there again, the experience was good! I got there a little before 4 (and learned that they closed at 4). There was a line, 6 feet apart and masked, every one, and I was 5th in line. The clerks were efficient and friendly to everyone. Then I witnessed what I've never witnessed before...instead of closing the door in people's faces at exactly 4:00, they just kept helping people! When I left at 4:04, there were still people going in. Those clerks deserve kudos; they are much appreciated!

I always hated going into the post office in Tomball, Texas but it is a pure pleasure going to the Willis post office, everybody is so friendly! I especially enjoy seeing Jake in there. He goes out of his way to be a blessing to all that enter. Thank you for being that small town feel good post office I've always wanted to have!

I wanted to commend the USPS ! I ordered a shelf from Amazon and it was to be 'finished delivery' by the USPS. I called to find whether the carrier would deliver to my door or leave a note in the box - I was pleasantly surprised when the woman I spoke with [Connie] told me that my tracking # showed it had been delivered to my door & it was right outside waiting for me! Thank You! Glad the USPS is still "here" ! It was tracking #9361289671090222381577

I'm not sure what her name is, but there is a (please don't take this the wrong way) black lady who works here and every time I come in for whatever reason she Is always smiling and loving her job and customers, no matter how long or stressful her day has been. It's good to have someone to affect your day that way when you're running tedious errands such as going to the post office. Most government-like employees just seem miserable and bored, but not her!! I hope she stays for a while.
