I have never in my life time seen such a horrible place. The people don't know how to be nice. May be they are working under a lot of stress, but somebody needs to come in and clean house, from the post master (very nasty woman) on down. As a customer, you get treated worse than dog-do. I will be closing my po box at this horrible place and going to Lake Jackson.

It rained all day today. My package was left in the yard, needless to say package was soaked. This is the 3rd time package was left either in the ditch or yard. We are on 6 acres, our house is set back on the property. We don't even see package unless we are leaving in the car. This is just plain lazy, and inconsiderate.

Person at the West Columbia branch was rude and threw my package in the bin. I had rung the bell 4 times before she came out and then she told me I need to be patient with her because she was busy! The time was 9:10 feb 9th 2021 and I waited in between before I continued to ring the bell. She came out with a chip on her shoulder and never once said hello or how u doin or sorry I was busy. She is there to wait on me not vice versa.

Why do you list a phone number if you refuse to answer your phone? I called 15 times since Saturday, then had to contact another TX post office to get in touch with you re misdirected mail. This is totally unacceptable, very poor customer service.

We are currently under a tropical storm watch. It has been raining all day yesterday and today. Someone delivered a cardboard sleeve with a photography book in it and dropped it off at my door in the rain with out bothering to even ring the doorbell so the box is completely soaked. It would have taken two extra seconds to push the doorbell. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
