Packages go undelivered at Park at Shiloh on weekends creating issues for Amazon customers who Pay For Prime Shipping. Here's why. On Sat./Sun. deliveries during Holiday periods, post offices most often get workers from Out Of Your Area to deliver packages/mail. These postal workers are Not Given 'access instructions', such as gate codes, keys to lockers, and other info to 'access' the postal boxes. Most often, the postal worker will close out Your Non Delivered packages as "Delivered" left in mailbox", "parcel locker", "at front door". None of which is True. so, instead of getting Your Prime "one day", "2 day" delivery that you Pay For, you have to wait 2 sometimes 3 Extra days to get your package. Quite often, this means that You, the Prime Member must make some sort of alternative choices you were Not expecting to have to do, spend Extra money you were Not planning on spending, and Go Searching for a Replacement of the item the Post Office Failed to Deliver! Sometimes, the Postal Carrier needs glasses because they cannot tell if Your numerical address has an 8,6 or 0, and deliver Your package to someone else! I use Amazon a lot because they tend to Have the Things I Need vs the stores in Tyler. Soo, I have experienced all of the above issues many, many times before the latest episode This Saturday and Sunday, 2 completely Different packages, on Different days! I can only Imagine what the upcoming Holiday is going be like here at The Park at Shiloh regarding Our Post Office !

The streets and parking lot at the USPS facility @Southeast Crossing, Tyler TX, are in such poor condition that you should be embarassed to continue your service there. IN addition, the sign at the entry of the parking lot from which vehicles are not supposed to exit the parking lot must be very confusing, because many vehicles, including mail trucks use the entrance as an exit.
Your parking lot has a hole that looks as if you are putting in a swimming pool. The same condition existed last year.
Apparently these problems are of no concern to you.
