Most of my purchases that utilize USPS go undelivered to me but to parcel locker I’m physically prohibited from accessing; leaving final decision to the carrier. This day (Oct. 21, 2023) I had several packages delivered to my apartment door that sat in the lockers, as needed to my disability. I know you usually receive complaints and wanted to express my thanks to the individual who went beyond the routine to deliver these items to me, Ed Quigley

A substitute mail carrier is either stupid, lazy or both. . Mobile home residents renting a mobile home lot are assigned individual boxes just like at an apartment complex. On three different occasions, this mail carrier has stuffed all the mail in the box assigned to the business office of the property management box. We have written a complaint email to the postal service, received a call from a supervisor saying the problem will be addressed, but it has not the behavior of this mail carrier has not changed. It is clear that postal service management is equally incompetent.

There has been no mail delivered in 2 days, or picked up for 2 days. So the mailman has not been down our road in 2 days. And when they do come it’s at 7 to 9 o’clock at night. Are there any answers for this?

I have been trying to get in contact with the post office since 9am this morning. Every call goes to voicemail unanswered and there is no way to get a call back. What’s the point in having a phone and no one can reach you by it? Horrible business!

I have been living in Texarkana , Texas, since December 1, 2017. To date I continue to receive mail that is not for myself, nor my wife, and at our current address I am constantly receiving mail that is not addressed to either of us, despite the fact that I have written both our names and put them on the mail box in front of our house. I have to write N/A and I have also had to write Not at this address, for the mail carriers to pick up mail that is not belonging to myself nor my wife, since December 1, 2018. My only question is ...Why?
