The ladies who work at this location are extremely rude. We bought property in Sunset, TX recently and were unaware of the 911 addressing procedure we needed to follow before requesting our change of address. This happened months ago. We have since gone through the correct channels to get our mailbox set up. Again, months ago. However, here we are, almost into the new year, and when we call with a question about why our neighbors are getting some of our mail, Brandy stated (very rudely) that it all stems from when we “just decided to put up a mailbox without telling her.” I have either gone up there in person or called about 10 times since moving here in August and every single time have been treated very disrespectfully. As the face of the only post office in this small town, this kind of behavior is unacceptable and has really made us question our move here.
