DISAPPOINTED: If you know you have delivered a package to the wrong address, it is only respectful that the post office retrieve it from the wrong address. This happens every time a substitute carrier delivers mail. This is very disappointing that residents have to lose money and their packages. Also saddening that the neighbor would not have return it to the post office or mail carrier. After reporting the matter regarding the package, to date, it has not been requested from the neighbor nor has any feed back been provided after the second request.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Yes, there is an automated system but if you needed to speak with a real person you will be disappointed.

I have tired to reach you about not receiving a package that shows on tracking that you delivered it on April 8 but no ans. the phone. It says it is in/around the mailbox. Since the contents of the package would have made it too large to fit into the mailbox I know you did not put it in there. It is hard for me to believe that you would have put it on the grass near the box. I would like to know what happened to my package. Can someone please contact me.
