Had to certify an important letter, the lady behind the counter ( passport area ) was very rude, demanding and complaining. After 6 days when I ckd on the status of the certified letter using the tracking number found out the lady left out the suite number of the building and therfore my letter never got to the destination. Opened up a case# with u.s.p.s after confirming that I did include the suit number both on the letter and the green and white certified paper attached to the mail. After you pay so much to certify and get treated so bad by the employee you don't even get your letter delivered!

The Klein, TX post office. This has become an all BLACK post office, but this is NOT a black neighborhood. The hostility created by them is alarming. Today I got there at 5:53 PM as usual to mail two eBay packages. But Naomi said "we're closed"! Three other customers lined up behind me, and it WAS NOT 6:00 PM yet. Months ago after a similar incident, I demanded the name of the Regional Postal Manager. They wrote on paper "Mr. Gracious" and a phone number. They probably meant Garcia, but the phone number was BAD anyway. I want to contact a high level postal manager to investigate this post office, its employees, foul practices, and also theft. There are thieves in this post office, and I can prove it beyond any doubt. The FBI said they only investigate postal losses over $25,000 so the FBI is NO HELP here either.

We live on Benwick St in Memorial Chase. Our female mail carrier just delivered our mail about 15 minutes ago. She did not pick up the mail inside the box -- flag was up indicating there was mail to pick up. Every time we see her on her route she is on her cell phone -- constantly, every day. Neighbors on our street frequently get mail delivered to wrong address. Several neighbors have talked about this with each other and say they have contacted the Klein postal office, but nothing improves.

The mail carrier for my address left a note in my mailbox that reads: HOLD ALL MAIL COME PICK UP COME TALK TO MGMT. This note was left because I complained about getting so many pieces of mail for my address that is not addressed to me. My name is in my mailbox, I have put notes in my mailbox with names of people who do not live at my address but delivery continues. I left note asking what it takes to have mail for other people stop being delivered to my address; a note was left the carrier does not look at names and I need to mark on it and put in back in the mail as I've been doing saying it was "that simple". Obviously the carrier has time to come ring my door bell but no time to look at the name right above the address. Next day, I placed another note asking why we put our name inside the mailbox...what a joke...do not come to my door again....he comes to my door which I see on my ring door bell while I'm at work....and when I get home the mail that was supposed to be delivered today based on my informed deliver was not delivered and instead a note saying he is holding ALL my mail for me to come pick up at the post office!! Is this legal? Now, I have to take off work to come to the post office and get my mail because I'm tired of getting mail in my box that doesn't belong to me...he is going to punish me and make me take off work and come to the post office! I will be filing a formal complaint as he had now decided he will just refuse to deliver any mail to my home if I do not want to be responsible for mail delivered to my address that does not reside at my address.

My mail is on temporary hold. Someone sent me a flat rate box with a very important document in it. The sender received a message that the package was put on my porch the second day of the mail hold which is working for the other mail. Unless the mail carrier figured out a way to be invisible to Ring technology, no package was put on my porch. The Post Office continues to insist package was placed on my porch. When I call the number listed online for the Louetta 77379 post office, it connects me with the Montgomery post office. When I attempt to get someone in Montgomery to give me the right phone number, I have to listen to a lot of irrelevant messages and then am told to stay on the line until someone from the Montgomery post office will help me. The phone then starts ringing and ultimately disconnects me without anyone answering. No wonder the post office is broke.

My remote mail box in the Sawmill Ranch sub division (77389) has a problem with the lock and cannot be opened. I have made several attempts to contact the Spring and Klein post offices to learn who has responsibility for mail delivery to this location, without success. To speak to a live person other than the Robot, is impossible.

Numerous times I’ve been at this location. The employee who is at the far right of the counter when you walk in is so rude I can’t believe she’s still working there! It’s time someone has a conversation with her. I will go to another location from now on.

Numerous times over the past 31 years I have phoned or gone into the Klein post office at 7717 Louetta Rd, Spring Tx 77379. At those times I encountered very helpful and polite postal employees. Today June 11 2020, I called with a problem and Ms Brown answered my call. The postal boxes in our subdivision were broken into 5 months ago and the carrier has not been able to deliver our mail since. This has created a hardship for us since my husband and I are in our 80's. Today I spoke with Ms Brown regarding packages not being delivered to our door and she was very unsympathetic, extremely rude and disrespectful, and when I repeatedly ask her name she hung up on me. I hope this complaint reaches Ms Brown's supervisor, and she is disciplined for her unprofessional and rude behavior. Also I want to know why the US postal service, who are aware of the damages to our boxes, has not made the necessary repairs. The last vandalism occurred 5 months ago. I believe that is sufficient time for the US postal service to replace a lock or replace the entire door if necessary.

I have always found the people at the Spring Post office to be courteous and helpful. They work hard and perform a great service for the region. The USPS is underfunded, understaffed and underappreciated.

This is the worst post office we have ever dealt with. When holding mail while we are gone, they rarely even hold the mail the whole time, and then sometimes don't deliver all of it to the house, or on the date it is scheduled. A few weeks ago, we got a bin full of held mail for another random address. I spoke to the supervisor at Louetta about the multiple problems, and he basically said he wouldn't do anything about it.

I dread coming to the post office on Louetta in Klein because every single time I have over the course of many many years, the lady who works the area next to the door where you go to pick things up is so loud and rude. I am in the parking lot now after yet another experience with her that leaves me feeling very upset. I do not know her name but she is black, wears glasses and usually bright lipstick.

The post office off of Louetta and Squyres is terrible. Ordered products off of Amazon online, says delivered to mail room, and that I signed to accept package. I have not been to this post office in years. I went this Monday on the 5th, to talk to someone about this. But of course no one to help. This place has just gotten worse and worse. I hope I can get some info tomorrow but we will see.

Our postal delivery person in Northampton apparently can't exit her vehicle to deliver packages and just puts a pink slip in the mail box. I've got her on camera doing it numerous times. I called To talk to someone about it and the rude woman that answered carried on a conversation with another person while I was talking then put me on hold mid sentence never to return.

The black lady working the passport window at approximately 11am on Monday, May 15th has no sense of respect or customer service and has zero business working in the public eye. She was extremely rude and had lady in tears. I have every intention of taking this matter as high up the ladder as possible until this individual is reassigned or removed from USPS. I also would like to know who allowed a person like this to work in that position.

We haven't received any birthday or holiday cards that we know were mailed and expected since before Easter of this year. They were not returned to sender, or no tracking numbers that I'm aware of. We have lived here now for over a year and have not had a problem, that I know of, until recently. I will be making a formal complaint and will take this as high as it needs to go until the problem is resolved.

We called Customer Support Services multiple times with no answer. The one time they did answer, they forgot to put me on hold, took the phone off the hook and I overheard a whole conversation being taken place which had nothing to do with customer service. When they were done having that particular conversation, they did not pick up the phone and started a whole new conversation on sports. I sat listening in for at least 20 minutes.

I am concerned about the lack of excellence by which the carrier in Kleinwood is delivering the mail to our residents. on 08.04.16 he left the homeowners mailbox lids open after leaving mail thus, exposing mail to anyone and everyone. Secondly, he was dropping mail on the street, including my mail outside of the mailbox which required being picked up and reinserted in the mailbox. I followed the carrier's truck for a period of time and addressed these issued as they occurred. The Postmaster should also address this with the carrier (s) and also observe carriers from time to time to insure that they are indeed following the highest standards possible and insuring that the privacy and protection of the mail being delivered to our residents is always preserved and guarded for their protection and security.

Our postman is so rude. He loses packages or delivers them to the wrong address. My neighbor still hasn't received her baby's passport and when she tracked it, it showed that it was delivered! Why can't they hire better people for these jobs? There are plenty of people desperate for jobs!

the postmaster should look into this post office and its personnel..we all know that the post office is no longer a federal agency, and look what has happened..lost or non delivered mail, extremely rude and unhelpful employees and mail put in the wrong mailboxes! I have had a post office box at this location since it opened several years ago, and it has gotten worse and worse..as others have said..they don't answer the phone, the kiosks are often not working, and when they have long lines around holiday time,,they will have only 2 people working the counter..i waited once for 30 minutes to pick up a package and I was in the correct line, only to find out the lady getting packages from the back, was not just working the small window, but also doing passports!..poor management and staffing!!!

WORST POSTAL WORKER EVER!I went to the post office today at 2:45pm to drop off a package. The worker, Ashley was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. The moment I walked up to the counter she was discriminating against me because of my skin color. I purchased a bubble mailer and she charged me for a roll of tape. When I told her that I didn't need the tape she responded that the tape was not free with first-class mail service. Mind you that I had my own tape and was not going to use nor buy the over priced shipping tape. At that moment I realized that she was not going to give me a refund for something I did NOT authorize in my purchase! I walked away from the counter and she said Ma'am... Ma'am... I went back to the counter and she then said you can take your trash. In the midst of her extremely rude attitude I left the strip from the mailer on the counter. I asked what her name was and she responded Ashley, A-S-H-L-E-Y. I told her there was no need to spell her name out and she looked at me like a 2nd class citizen and said well I wasn't sure. I am so extremely upset by the behavior of this postal worker. She deserves to be suspended and/or terminated for the discrimination and disrespectful behavior. I will be contacting the Post Master of this location so they can pull video footage of the awful worker!

Every time I call I get a busy signal. We need our key to our mailbox and they keep saying that it will be ready in a week, and then a week goes by and it's another week and so on and so on. This has been going on for a month. We are in a new neighborhood so I understand the delay in getting keys but this is getting ridiculous!

Same thing with us! We moved here from South Florida and I thought the USPS service down there was bad but it's SO MUCH WORSE here unfortunately! We went to this post office on 05/21/14 and it's now 06/27/14 and we still don't have a key for our mailbox!!! We go there at least twice a week to get our mail and ask about the key, each time they act clueless and claim it will be done soon. Ridiculous.
