The Sour Lake, TX PO needs to be open with the same hours as Beaumont TX. From 8:30 am to 11 am and 12 noon to 4:30 just isn't long enough. Try alternating lunchtime with the clerks so that the folks can utilize that single hour between 11a and 12n. Just my humble opinion.

I can’t even get them to answer phone to asked where they have delivered my packages at.. It’s sad the we have post on are Sourlake website to ask if anyone has are packages... When it is the Post Office duty to Deliver are package and mail.. They do get paid to do a job..

I’m perturbed by the hours the sour lake TX post office does business their indoor sign states they’re closed from 11am to 12:30pm. Wow what a fabulous lunch break. Bankers hours. No one has thought of alternating lunch breaks? That way when I make an 8 mile drive from the countryside and it’s unfortunately 11am I don’t have to kill an hour and 1/2 waiting for the window to open. What’s the deal here? Who makes these brilliant decisions?
