This has got to be the 3rd if not 5th time I have contacted you about where packages are being left on my porch. I have 2 large arches not more than 6 inches from directly in front of my front door, yet your carrier still insists upon leaving package directly in front of my door!! I don't get it. Do you guys not train on how to help stop theft?? Packages are stolen all the time from where my packages are left. It would take an additional 3 seconds to place the packages behind the arch. I am extremely disappointed. I mentioned this ONE TIME to UPS and they have never left anything again in such a conspicuous place. Please try to get it right.

I’m writing you because our financial reports have disappeared or been delayed since the first of the year. I hope you will investigate the disappearance. We have confirmed that the reports were sent by Merrill Lynch and by the Texas Citizens Bank but were not delivered to us. These reports contain sensitive information about our financial accounts and could be classified as mail fraud or an attempt to commit a serious robbery. Charlie Clemmons 4601 Hamblen Ct. Mailbox at my apt has been broken. New one was installed 2 days ago, still no keys and mail. The people in the post office never have it sorted when I go to pick up in person. It’s hard enough to get off work to get there before they close at 4:30! Just to be told to come back by some rude guy at the counter.

I need to be put on the payroll. I deliver mail that comes to my home incorrectly. I was told that where I live, this is a training route. WE ARE TIRED OF BEING QUINEA PIGS. I feel very lucky when I get only my mail, but wonder if other people get my mail also.

When I tracked my package it said my package was delivered at 11:47 a.m. on Wednesday, 6/13. It was not there when I got home.

When we have our regular postal person the service is excellent. When she is off the service is horrible. Our Priorty mail is not picked up. You cannot reach anyone at the post office. The phone rings and rings and then disconnects you. This post office is horrible!! Owe me so much money in priority mail when it’s not picked up.

It's 4:30 pm and I have not received my mail today. I have always received it by 2:30 ever since I've lived in El Jardin. I know our regular post person is retiring and a new one is in training, but what has happened lately? I have even received other persons mail. Is this new person just not capable of handling this route or what???

I keep having packages never show up. Also had rewards turn up in my mailbox only after complaining that I got the notification that they were in my mailbox but they weren't there when I checked it the first time. A friend had a fragile package thrown onto the ground from the mail truck when they unloaded it at the post office and her products were broken as a result. There is a girl there that hates her job and makes it obvious to the customers. She doesn't deserve to serve the public.

These hours are very inconvenient. You open and close while people are at work! Something needs to change because most of us can't take off time from work to go to the post off. Absolutely rediclous.
