(June 4, 2023) We have a second home at 203 Carmel Drive and mail is being stolen from our mail box. My husband went up today to check on things as we live in Corpus. I cannot remember the last time we received mail at that box. He opened the mail box today and inside was a ripped open gift card from Visa for $25.00 and a notice of our annual Carmel Hills meeting. The gift card was removed but they left the packaging. Is there anyway we can get our mail forwarded to our home in Corpus at 7414 Lake Maggorie 78413 (Robert E. or Betty Lynn Tabor)? I am sure there is no way to apprehend these thiefs but I cannot come up with an alternative as I think this has been going on for some time. We are in our 80's and do not get up there that much anymore. Thanks and would appreciate your advice!

I have asked repeatedly for my packages to be brought to my front door in the shade. They keep leaving stuff in front of my front door in direct sunlight. Yesterday I came home to $200 worth of melted product. I filled out a card, at their insistence, telling them where I wanted things delivered that don't fit in the box. I completed the form and they still contiue to leave packages in front of the garage door. Im disabled and carrying heavy boxes from the garage door is very difficult. The direct sunlight or rain at the location they deliver is damaging to my order.
