Honestly it was an alright service, the lady on the phone was arguing with me on the phone over the address, I put saying I hadn't typed it correctly, when I checked my shipping address, and it says exactly what she said I should put. Its the same address I put on every place I order from, and ive never had a problem until today.
After I called about 30 times, they finally answered and she was trying to lecture me on how to type an address properly. I'm a grown woman I know how to type and address

Whoever is delivering the packages to University Heights Apts has got to be THE dumbest person ever. I clearly wrote on the second address line IN BIG BOLD LETTERS TO DELIVER THE PACKAGES TO THE FRONT DOOR IF THE OFFICE IS CLOSED!!!! WHY DO I NOT HAVE ANY OF MY EXPEDITED PACKAGES I PAID FOR TO BE IN MY POSSESSION 2 DAYS AGO!!!! YOU GUYS ARE BEYOND STUPID AND BEYOND RIDICULOUS! Classes just started and I need some of those items for school. I can not believe I have to deal with the extra stress of this because that driver can't get it right.
Also have called several times, always busy, carrier a hard box in sideways in a small apt box, took 3 people to get it out, there larger boxes for boxes bigger than box, how can you make a complaint, when the phone is always busy. Sad how the postal systems have gone down and they wonder why we hate to deal with them.
My amazon package that was supposed to be delivered today per their prime service was not, at no fault to amazon. The tracking info says this office received it at 8am today, but apparently no one at this incompetent office bothered to put my mail on today's truck. I tried calling, but of course they didn't answer. This isnt the first time they have LOST or failed to deliver my mail on time. It's a shame none of the employees read these comments, because something needs to be done about the poor service "provided" by the San Marcos postal service.
Where is my package. It says it was delivered to me last Thursday but that is not the truth. This is not the first time this post office has neglected to deliver my packages and I am dreading having to deal with them in person because the employee there are straight rude and condescending. I am sorry you work in a post office but please have a little pinch of customer service for the sake of us taxpayers. I could try calling but we all know it won't get answered...
It's a fact that the US postal service has lost so much business! And I'm willing to bet that TERRIBLE customer service AND the fact that they don't answer the phones at any of their locations has a lot to do with it!!

would be nice is someone would answer the telephone at this post office! This is ridiculous!
