Went to try to pick up a package and Paulina had such an attitude from the moment I went in. When I even tried to see if there was someone I can speak with that’s above her she went ahead and screamed out loud “is there anybody her besides me?” “You see there’s no one here” All I was trying to do is figure out where my package was since I got an email stating I can pick it up starting day January 13th and that’s what I did and apparently it wasn’t there. Still don’t know where my package is and have no been able to speak to anyone about it. Poor customer service

I don't know who is in charge of the phone line or answering service, but it is by far the worst. I have never once successfully gotten through I have tried calling probably 15 times and NOT once have I ever talked to someone. I'm beginning to think it a fake phone line. I have had a package sitting there 4 days and I called to see what was the hold up and to no avail I never got through to anyone. Worst f-ing service and its infurriating this is not the first time and probably not the last since this is my local post office unfortunately.
