This location is 100% a criminal enterprise. Packages routinely disappear at rate of 50%. If you go into the building you will find the most degenerate, ridiculously stupid and slow people on the face of the planet gathered in one spot. You would need an X-Files to get this grouping....but its real. The dont bother to deliver mail and tell you to come in to pick it up---get there and they tell you its in bags and you cant have it. Not joking and they were serious. Reports go ignored for years now.......the true black hole of all that is bad in the post office and no one seems to care.

Trying to file a claim and get help on a package delivered to Riley Froehlich. Mr Turner called 3/12 and never followed up with me. Service # 48881880 tracking # 9505513179563032909545. No one ever answers your phone. Very frustrating. Please let me know what the carrier reported. Can place look into camera posted we know date and time of delivery.

I've had this PO Box for 7 years. All of a sudden not getting any mail. My husband has 5 checks missing. Already talked to someone who was suppose to give info to a supervisor. No response. Won't be renewing the box.

They keep blaming each other
I NEVER RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATION OF A CERTIFIED MAIL LETTER BEING SENT TO ME. The Post Offices keep blaming each other and still the letter is nowhere to be found. I have the tracking number, but they say “unclaimed” and sent to sender. Which is NOT TRUE, though I AM THE SENDER and I have NOT received it. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. What a shame!

I had a shipment that shows it was delivered. The following was the message I received:
"USPS 9405528206335478145072, Delivered, Garage or Other Location at Address 11/29/2021 7:03pm SAN ANTONIO TX 78222."
Unfortunately, none of my neighbors seem to have the shipment or know anything about it. Accordingly, I would like to speak directly to my carrier so that I may find out exactly where the shipment was left. Also, I wish to speak with them, the carrier, about the name on my box. I feel it may, at times, have caused some confusion and possible delay in receipt of my mail.It is currently marked "Owen"my middle name. I wish to have it marked"Hart"my last name. Tired Of the Run Around
We have gone now 3 times for our Mailbox key. This last time being assured the delivery driver would drop the accumulating mail to us, it has been there for 3 weeks. This did not happen. Today he was to change the lock and bring the key. This has not happened. SO do not expect these employees to do ANYTHING.

I have called this Post Office over and over this morning (6/23/21) from 8:00 am CST and this worthless facility does not pick up their phone line at all. The phone just keeps ringing and ringing then it hangs up on you. I have repeatedly tried to reach this J. Frank Dobie facility. Find folks who care about servicing its clients by simply picking up the phone as a starting point to servicing customers.

Mail Box Replacement?
I have called twice today. The phone rang 24 times (both calls) with no answer. My question is this: The Postal Boxes for my address of 6830 Quail Lake are in a bad state of disrepair following years of vandalism. The larger parcel boxes are not usable. Apparently it has gotten so bad that the Outgoing Mail Slots are sealed from the inside. I have seen other sites in my neighborhood that have been recently replaced with newer and more secure boxes. When will this replacement be happening for my address? I have lived here for 20 years and it is beyond time for an upgrade.

First of all, just this afternoon (Nov 19, 2020), one of the four mailbox pedestals at the Wren Lake Drive (78244) location has been completely knocked over to the ground with the rear opening not accessible to the postal employee to insert our mail (my box is accessible only from the front door). These Community Postal Boxes for my Fawn Lake address located on Wren Lake Drive are in a bad state of disrepair following years of vandalism. I have also seen other sites in my neighborhood that have been recently replaced with newer and more secure boxes. When will this replacement be happening for our location? I have lived here for 30 years and it is about time for a long overdue upgrade. I have been told in the past that we are scheduled for new mailboxes sometime in the future. Can the approximate time frame (month & year) for replacement be provided; hopefully soon?

I picked up mail and packages the other day. But, 2 items are missing.I know they will not Answer the phone. The only way is to file a Claim.Where is my... Extension curtain rod and a box of Over-The-Counter MEDICATIONS that the pharmacy sent to post office box around April 1, 2020??

Needs Work
This post office is the worst, will not answer the phone, and the carrier we have left the mailbox door open constantly. I should have received 3 letters today according to my informed delivery, one was the CPS bill. With all the complaints I cannot see how the USPS can fix the problem.

Never answer the phone
They NEVER answer their phone. Doesn't matter how often I call.. never once do they pick it up. It'll ring for a minute and then hangs up. I know nothing will be done about it.

I went to my mail box today, excepting some important packages. 9400109699938049391810. The letter mail was placed in the mailbox with a key. When I opened the box WITH THE KEY THE BOX WAS EMPTY. I need to know where my mail is again. I have been having so many problems with mail delivery that it is becoming a serious problem for me. There should have been at least 15 packages in my box and NOTHING was in there. Please call me and explain this to me. I have tried to call you all day and when I dial your number I am transferred to an operator only for the phone to disconnect after a period of time. Highly upset and disappointed customer.

Signed up for Premium Forwarding Mail beginning of July 2017; USPS began debit-ing money from my account weekly for this service. It is the END of July 2017 and I have received no forwarded mail. Phones are not answered at this post office. Got an email from USPS stating my mail was being forwarded to me, along with a 34 digit tracking number, which shows mail never left originating point. Please advise!

On the 24th of August, I went to the Frank Dobie P.O. and turn in a hold mail starting 31 August. The last two days Thursday & Friday , I did not receive any mail in my mail box. I call the main phone number & after a 38 minute wait , I explain my problem & they side they would let my PO know the problem. I need to get my mail as I need some documents that are coming in the mail. I have been trying to call the Frank Dobie P.O. since 0900 today & as of 10:11 Am , all I get is a buzy signal . Help
