Busy location, but I'm able to get in and out quickly enough. Considering the price diff versus UPS, it's great.

I am a Chinese American. The man with blue eyes was not nice at all due to his racism and being a smart mouth. It’s a 40,000 mail fine for mail fraud or a felony in the jailsells if he don’t be nicer and stop acting like he own this town. The lady she was nicer and she’s with him all the time. Tell him shit his face or get the hell out our town!!!!! Dumb blue eye old man!!!!!

The carrier for my former address is bypassing the FORWARD listing on our mail. We have not had delivery in more than 6 weeks. No one has answered the phone for the many times I have tried to communicate the problem. We really need this situation resolved!!

My mail was returned to DMV and other letters I needed from the carrier whom delivers mail to my box. This has been brought up to the Post office on De Zavala road and I spoke with Supervisor and told him of my problem. The DMV said it was returned by mail carrier. I spoke with USPS and they have my correct address its the carrier who keeps returning it or places it in wrong box (subdivision) box. DMV has my address also correct. There is a case # on this a well. Please look into this, they are aware and I have 4 signs inside my mail box telling them I live there......

Mail box located in Apple Creek, specific location Santee Street, between Dashwood and John Chapman. The mail box was left open on Friday April 2nd and Saturday April 3rd. The mail boxes were left exposed to anyone who wanted to take mail. This type of behavior is unacceptable, it leads you to believe that the mail carrier is leaving these mail boxes open so as their partner in crime can come by an take mail as they please. Especially now with stimulus checks, monthly social security checks, small packages. I would like to have a response to this complaint.

Broken record system. NO one ever answers the phone. The line to pick up packages and mail being held is an average of 2 hours wait time. The Postmaster is NEVER available. Why even have a post office

The outgoing mail in the Stonewall Estates is not being processed and delivered. I've sendt cards and utility payments that have not reached their destination resulting in delinquent payment fees and lost cards to family over the holidays. I have confirmed that mail deposited on Dec 5th 2020 was never delivered. Staff at Cedar Elm PO do not answer the phones

I went in yesterday to pick up a package that only had one attempt to deliver at my location. It took me all week to get a vehicle and finally get out to a post office listed on the failed to deliver slip. This post office is 3 times the distance away from the closest one to me. After waiting in the full service line for 35 minutes I was turned away saying that the people behind the counter there couldn't go retrieve a package for me. I was told to go wait in the package line which hadn't budged the whole time that I was there. I thought that the post office was here to serve the American people not abuse them. I have a heart condition and a hip awaiting replacement and it is quite a challenge to wait in a situation like this and then to be abused at the end and turned away without my package.

This post office in San Antonio never picks up the phone. Recently my package of medication from a local CVS was tracked as delivered by carrier. But it must have gone to a neighbor’s box. It didn’t make it to my box. Checked with pharmacy, and checked online with tracking. It was delivered, just not to me! Also, neighbor did not turn in. In order to report this and begin an investigation, I called a 1-800 number since no one at Cedar Elm will pick up phone. The customer service at 800 number said they would have Cedar Elm investigate and call me about the Service Request. A week later, nothing! Even after carrier put medication in someone else’s mail box. What a waste. No wonder US Post Office is on the verge of going under.

It is my belief after several suspicious activities of mail theft that the source of a coordinated effort of those thefts is from within the USPS at this location. This information is known by local SAPD and Postal Inspectors without any known resolution. If you receive your mail from this location....BEWARE!

By far the worst customer service experiences, continually. I requested my mailbox keys over a month ago and have not gotten them. In the meantime, they have lost my mail that I had on hold to pick up since I could not access my mailbox, they refuse to answer the pick up window, and have yelled at other customers. They have never once answered my over 30 calls to speak with anyone in the office. I even called the 1-800 number to complain and they were just as rude and lacked service.

Cannot EVER reach this post office by phone. If they do answer....they put you on forever hold or pick up the receiver and hang up on you. Can't believe our government supports this office because they obviously don't like doing their job!

This location is an absolute joke! I recently moved off of Boerne Stage road and was directed to this location to temporarily pick up my mail while I waited for them to install a lock on my community mail box. This location is no where near my residence and I have to make special considerations to be able to make it there during the week. I was told that it would take approximately two weeks. That was over a month ago. I have received multiple excuses and now I am being told that if I want to get something done about it I have to file a complaint. I was onsite yesterday to pick up a package and overheard the service desk tell another person that it would be a week or two to get their key. I asked the gentlemen that was working the counter if he was sure about that and he confirmed that the key would be ready in two weeks. I asked him then why has it taken this long for my key to be made. He could not backpedal fast enough.

Have tried 18 times over 4 days to call this post office to make an appointment to get a passport. Cannot get through. I get transferred to a call waiting and there are several rings then the line disconnects. I have even tried dialing "0" but same thing happens. Have tried going through the e-mail route. No response. Will try another post office to see what happens. I guess the last resort will be to show up in person to make the appointment so I can come back on the appointment date. Not a good customer service at all.

I agree with other posters. Recorded msg says wait for rep, then get transferred to operator, then maybe some rings but sooner or later always a busy signal in the end. No one ever answers. If you call a 1-800 number about a missing package, get told by system there will be a 16 to 30 minute wait for a customer service rep. So basically impossible to contact post office about a missed delivery in a timely fashion.

As the poster below me said, this phone number doesn't work because I have personally been calling three days straight, completely different times, and it's either I get hung up on automatically, OR it goes through fine, rings for a minute and a half, and then hangs up on me. I think the longest its rang is two and a half minutes?

I have called 5 times to make an appointment for passport renewal. It rang several times until it hung up on it's own. The 4th time, it picked up and rang busy. The 5th time it rang 4 times and hung up on its own. First calls I made started at 9:30am, it is now 1:15p. How can we make an appointment if no one picks up 641-0248?

I have had to go to the post office a lot lately since our mailboxes were broken into. I think the post office needs to figure out a better way of picking up the mail. If you go to the door and ring the bell sometimes that is ignored. If you go inside and stand in line then your told once you get to the desk that you need to go to another line and stand in it. As a business owner I do not have all this time to be going around to different spots to pick up the mail. I also heard complaints of the reason you have to go stand in the very long line is because the post office does not make money off of people picking up mail. But you are going to lose customers if there is not a better way of picking up mail.
