I’m very disappointed in your service. I applied and paid for premium mail forwarding many weeks ago which was to start on 6/15 and to date I have not received ANY mail. Where is it?

Unbelievable! I took a parcel in to be shipped, the clerk named Juanita informed me "You made a BIG mistake" because I had inadvertently used their free packing tape a pre-paid shipping level from the USPO that was apparently marked ground service. She told me I had to go buy some different tape. I said I had to ship it as is. So as I started to walk off, she hurled the very fragile package across the room, smashing it onto other parcels with a loud crash. This same thing happened to a parcel I sent the week before which had been either dropped or thrown, causing nearly $400 in damage. Juanita has a terrible attitude and abuses packages to "get even" with customers. What a nightmare!

Why don't you answer your phone??? it rings and rings and then disconnects! Why was only 3rd class mail delivered today (14 catalogs) and not one piece of 1st class mail? Bizzare! No wonder USPS is going broke! Service is worse than in a 3rd world country!

I was just told to step out of a part of the post office at approximately 5:19pm when this location closes at 5:30pm so "Rogger" could lock the gates mind you in the middle of signing a check. Literally I was about to sign and he told me again I need you to step out now! What kind of post office treats our community in this manner. What kind of horrible people work for our USPS. His name tag states Rogger and he was by far the rudest person I've ever met. Getting out of that room as quickly as possible I left my envelope in there and when I asked someone at the counter to open the gate I was told I had to wait that they were with a customer. I will go through the chain of command because this isn't right and something should be done!

Whats the purpose of you putting a number on display to call you for service if YOU HANG UP? YOU ARE RUDE DISRESPECTABLE AND MORE THAN ALL YOU SPEAK ILL OF YOURSELVES AS A POSTAL SERVICE THATS FOR THE COMMUNITY. GET RIGHT HAVE RESPECT AND DONT THINK ONLY OF YOURSELVES THINK OF THAT YOU HAVE A JOB WHICH IS NOT ONLY FOR YOUR PHYSICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IN YOUR OFFICE, BUT AS WELL AS INFORMATION ON THE PHONE.

I have tried repeatedly calling the phone number provided about a delivery issue, only to receive a constant busy signal until I am eventually cut off with a "call failed" indicator. I don't know if this is a bad number, someone has simply taken the phone off the hook so as not to be bothered, or what, but It is extremely irritating and disappointing to say the least. Please answer your phone, or indicate that you take no phone calls and that a personal visit to the station is required in order that I am not left wasting my time trying to reach you by phone.

I was told they no longer take passport photos at this location. Please update your website. Also, please enlarge the statement about an appointment being needed to turn in a passport application and maybe relocate it where the passport hours are listed.
