I called Rowlett PO telephone number and no one ever answered. It is a waste of time to publish number when no one answer.

All the above is true. I agree with everyone. Rowlett has the worst mail service of anywhere I have lived. These workers should be laid off and hire reak oeiole that need jobs..

I have not received any mail since November 20. There are no cars parked in front of my mailbox. This is the worst postal service I have ever seen.

Rowlett PO Has the worst customer service, starting with never answering their phone. PO employees don't want to deliver mail. I am disabled and need assistance with mail delivery. I cannot get it. Why???

called USPS got dummy computer response and told that no one would answer, called local office and it just rings for 3 mins and then goes dead, been trying for a hour now. I just want to know why my package that got to this office 2 days ago hasn't been delivered? Is there something wrong with it, should I come and pick it up, what's the deal?

A few inches of snow stopped all mail delivery. Medicine was not delivered, can’t get anyone to answer the phones. I can drive in snow, it’s not that bad if you know how to.... which most people with a little common since and work ethic know how to do. Get out there and deliver the mail, not junk mail but actual mail people need. I’ll drive you! Like I’ve been delivering meals and taking nurses and others to and from work while working myself... because I have a work ethic while not having electricity! That doesn’t stop me from doing my job!!!!

Received bad service every time I have had interaction with this location. Walked in 5 minutes before closing time and waited in line. When the customer ahead of me was finished, I was told the post office was closed and they could not let me pick up my package. I was also told they cannot deliver large packages to my apartment complex. They won’t leave them at the doorstep and won’t leave them at the front office. So my options are to pick it up during post office hours or don’t use USPS. It’s no surprise the postal service is in massive debt.

I have a 17TRACK tracking number LY357920772CN and it states it was delivered on 8/17 in/at the mailbox, but this was a large item, which could not be left in/at the mailbox. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. So please let me know if this is a valid tracking number & where my package is?

Horrible service. I have a P.O. Box that I paid an annual fee for 2020. After I paid for the box, the post office closed my account without notice and changed the keys. The staff is confused about fixing the problem. I have been without a PO Box for over a month and they are clueless. I spoke to the Postmaster Maria and she had no urgency to solve my problem. I was told they would call me back. Still waiting.

My home address is 3002 Elmhurst St. The mail man has been doing a very poor job of delivering our mail over the last 6 to 8 months. I've missed several bills that come every month. I continually receive the mail for 3005 Elmhurst St. when I live at 3002 Elmhurst St. I just wonder where my mail is going.

I placed a request for package pick for a few returns to save a trip to the post office. I thought this would be appropriate as we are not suppose to get out much due to Covid-19. I gave my phone number and asked for a call so I could bring out the packages. I live in an apartment and being nice and instead of making them come to me, I would walk down to the the main mail center when they were available. No call and I got an email that night saying "we picked up your packages". No you did not. They are here with me still. Now I will have to go into the building and actually speak to someone. Sad!

What they said - see below, all of it. This Post Office is the worst, least accountable organization imaginable. Delivery is randomly skipped, regularly delivered to the wrong address (I'm thankful for honest neighbors) and execution and resuming mail delivery after a "hold" is always a kaleidoscope of surprises. It is clearly symbolic of the bloated indulgences of tax dollars circling the drain.

Post office needs a post master that will correct issues. 4 days now, Outgoing mail, with a flag raised, has not been picked up from my mailbox. This is not the first issue with them, just the first i've posted, Looks like ill be busy moving forward.

Every time my mail is delivered to my door due to over sized package which happened again yesterday and a few weeks ago when I had to sign for something, the postal carrier DOES NOT take my Outgoing mail from my mail box!! So I call the PO and No one answers the phone! How convenient! Plus it’s an hour wait on the phone to talk to someone about this issue. They find ways to avoid fixing their issues.

What a racket they have going on at this post office. I understand this is the holiday season but you would think that they would have more then one person at the counter since the line is flowing almost out the door. Our communal mail box fail down over a week ago. Forget about reporting it to this post office. The line either rings or its busy. I'm sure the mail carrier reported it. I had to contact the number at the main USPS web site. Until its fixed we are having to go to the post office and pick up our mail. I have go to the parcel pickup window to get my mail which is a job in itself. My wife whom is in a wheel chair went to this window rang the bell which has been disconnected She knocked on the door multiple times no one would help her. She asked the person at the counter how she was to get her mail. She was told that she would have to wait in line just like everyone else. Great customer service (not) Eventually someone came from the back and she was helped. My wife asked this person if they could tell her when the mail box would be fixed, He told her he had know idea. What the heck? At least ask your supervisor unless you are the supervisor which in that case they should be able to provide a contact. We still don't know when the mailbox will be fixed and I still don't know who to contact. This post office needs an overhaul but its a federal entity and the employees think that they are untouchable. Time to go up the reporting chain. Don't get me started on the wrong deliveries but we have had our share of this as well. Its hard to fix something if no one will answer the phone. This post office is a joke!!

Horrible service. Your phone number does not work; it is a fax number. You have decided to return all of my mail to sender. What is going on!!! You don't want to hear any complaints, so you fix your phone so you don't have to answer it??

Not reliable service from this post office. Federal mail delivered to the wrong address TWICE! I have had to walk to several neighbors to give them their mail delivered to me in error. No telling how many of mine were delivered to the wrong address. I know I am not the only customer experiencing this. USPS needs a major overhaul with customer service, quality training and a better hiring process for qualified individuals.

Called the post office, the guy who picked up was not helpful at all. We tried to ask him to see if we can extend the time give for moving our mailbox that was knocked down by somebody. All he said was, " you have to put the mail box where it was or your mail will not get delivered." Then we asked him some other questions(yes that's plural with an s), and said the same exact thing.

I have tried to call the Rowlett Post Office several times to get some information and to deal with a mail problem. Each time I call the phone rings for a period and then there is a recording that the recording machine is off and it disconnects you. Extremely poor service! I am temporarily disabled and now I have to figure how to get down to the Post Office to get the information that I need. We pay taxes for this type of service????? 1

TERRIBLE phone customer service. The phone either rang and no one answered or I was left on hold for ten minutes TWICE. I was just attempting to find my husband's new wedding ring that they were unable to locate (AKA lost) the day before. I was told I would receive a call from a supervisor yesterday afternoon or this morning when I stopped in to pick it up yesterday. Needless to say, I'm not surprised this call never happened.
